Our room was completely hot upon arrival. The air conditioner wasn’t even running and it was 100 degrees out. Also we have two kids who couldn’t watch but two cartoon channels on the tv and they didn’t like what was on. Would make it easier if you were allowed to watch different Roku apps. Other than that staff was helpful and it was rather clean.

I did an extensive bed bud check and the room was bug free, but I could tell the remnants of an old issue due to stains on the mattress covers that they must now use to prevent bed bugs. The breakfast bar setup was one of the worst I've ever seen. If eggs and waffles is ALL you need then you're in luck. The main guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful, the woman with him should've just stayed home. Overall it's an ok hotel if you're just looking for a place to lay your head for the night, if you want more out of your stay there are much much better options out there; but you get what you pay for.

I guess you get what you pay for. I had two rooms so first room had stained linens on both beds employy did bring fresh ones then the ceiling leaked in the bathroom floor of the second room. I did tell desk employee and he left a note for maintenance. Didn't see any one from maintenance. I was on vacation not planning to sit in a room all day. But what finally did for me was when the toilet wouldn't flush and an employee handed me a plunger and said here you go. Really wish I could get my money back.

I was in a bind bc of road work that stranded me and needed a place, the price was right, and not too far off my path. Check in was after 10 pm, so there were limitations to availability. The room and place would have been great, but, there was a stench. A stench that had me mouth-breathing for the entire time. The rug in the room I was in clearly needs replacing. Served its purpose, and would like to stay there again bc it was perfect location, room was nice, but won't because of the stench in the room. The stench in the room.

It was affordable and clean. Decent driving distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The free breakfast offered didn’t offer a lot of choices.
