Very old, dirty moldy it was terrible

My biggest problem was I had to put up a $100 deposit simply because I was from Seymour. (Local)!!! Made no sense to me but at least I got my money back when I checked out.

Just an affordable place to for a weekend getaway. Rooms were clean.

After check in tv was not working it would turn on that was it had to use my cell phone and call front deck phone in room did not work told front desk about tv she said she be right up no one came up next day had to work on tv just to get it going and the elevator wall on the inside look like someone wipe crap on it it was never clean the whole time we was there will not stay at this one again had to move the bed close to bathroom just to get the bathroom door to shut

No other tub

Room was clean. Staff was not helpful at all. Tried charging me $100 "locals only cash deposit". It was not posted online or anywhere on the property. This was a problem because I booked it online. So I ended up canceling one of the reservations and lost $40 in the process. I will not stay here again and won't recommended the property to anyone. I expected more from Wydham properties!

Television didnt work, they came to fix it, it worked for about 2 monutes and it stopped. There was a lady that just waltzed into our room at 7am and said that she thought we were gone because we left our keys in the room, we had 2 adjoining rooms with our kids, i was a little more than livid since my stay was made uncofortable for me and my family. I will give no recomendation for this property. Walking room to room looking inside the windows to see if guests are still there. There is a reason you give your vehicle information when you check in.

Its was a great stay Wish rates was a little better

The facility appeared generally clean, though somewhat outdated and in need of renovations. My primary concern was the odor in both the room and the water. I used room spray I had with me (thank goodness), which helped slightly, but the water had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the area around the sink—possibly the carpet—smelled musty, as if there had been a previous leak that had not been addressed properly and that caused mildew. The staff was mostly friendly, and the office smelled wonderful when we arrived, so I expected the same in our room. Even my children commented on the odors. Aside from the smell, everything else during our stay was fine.

The room was to hot. The AC should be turned on when you know the room is going to be occupied. It took all night for it to cool off. There for we did not sleep well.

Close proximity to the national park plus you’re right on the strip in pigeon Forge. The outside fire pit and pool is fantastic for those who have families or if you’re traveling by yourself you can just sit out and chat with everyone else everyone’s very accepting and in just a very nice atmosphere rooms are clean and roomy. I could only stay one night because I had to travel on nothing at fault of the property

I liked that the rooms were clean When I tried to come in after I put in the notes I would be there at 1:30-2 am the property manager advised me that it would be an extra 58 dollars if I went ahead and booked in at the time I didn’t have that much more money as I had been door dashing all night the whole reason I was late and tried to explain that well when I told him I may try to find another place to stay because we were tired we had drove all night and needed somewhere to stay so we could get back up in a hour or 2 to go back out and door dash he adviseded me that at 8 am I could come back and book in early for 25 dollars that if you booked in at 3-7 it was an extra 58 and 8-2 was 25 I was like okay i can come back at 8 i have the 25 in that time i got sick where ive got a kidney disease and when i go back at 8 the day manager gets very rude and aggressive I was already crying before I went in to try to book in again she notifies us that its still going to be 58 dollars I told her but maam the guy last night said at 8 that it would be 25 dollars we had been there 3 times when i told her that she screams in my face stop crying i said im sorry im sick ive got kidney problems she says i dont care im not dealing with this nonsence im going to refund you i told her we have no more money to stay anywhere and she told me to shut up and go to my car that she would deal with my husband i just went to the car but still stayed because i had no where else to stay and couldnt afford it because they took every penny off my card for the hotel before i even booked in

Nothing It smelled terrible in the room. Couldnt close the bathroom door. Nasty hairs and dust everywhere. Staff wasn't great and disorganized.

Super clean

The maids didn't clean our room the whole time we were there, had to go get towels from the front desk. Went and bought a 30 gallon garbage bag for our garbage because again they dont clean rooms, We were there 5 days.

I didn’t expect a whole lot because you know it was a cheap room, but we got there in our room was dirty and there was a fork in the floor and pills on the counter nonrefundable so there was no way I could go down there and throw a fit and get my money back. There was nothing really I could do about that. We had stayed here once before and it wasn’t bad. One of the beds had a bunch of stains in it and food stains on the top part of the cover it wasn’t stains. It was actually just food. lol we didn’t expect a whole lot because we knew it was like a cheaper hotel. We went down to have breakfast and it was waffles. I think eggs and some sort of like cheap offbrand cereal that no one would eat. We just ended up leaving and going to Chick-fil-A. lol it was a good hotel just to pop in really quick and stay just to sleep, but I wouldn’t like come there and stay for a week or something. They definitely need to clean better. As far as the staff, they were very friendly and nice. It’s a decent hotel if you just wanna pop in and stay and leave. But also, I didn’t notice that the beds were not queen bed so they were full-size beds.

Very clean, beds are very comfortable., the guy at the front desk was very friendly, and treated us like he had known me all his life. The room phone plug was out of the wall and just hanging there. That's the only thing that I found wrong with the room.
