Clean room friendly staff nice pool decent breakfast

Clean room , Staff members were great! Nice fire pits outside to enjoy during the evening and although I didn't use the pool was very nice and clean. Lots of families enjoyed it. Only thing I would suggest is bring your own lotion as there was none available and the front desk had none to offer.

The front desk staff was excellent the entire stay, however upon arrival my bedding was dirty and had to be replaced. I made the bed myself.

Room was clean, toilet had poor pressure and got clogged multiple times during my stay! Only one elevator in working order which made for very long wait times and overcrowding. Pool nice, they have added slide since last stay however pool chairs sit right in splash zone from pool so you can’t just relax. Hotel is in great and convenient location !

I'm an honors member and was given no perks. Checked in on Sunday- room never got cleaned- despite asking...twice. Had to ask for towels, twice. Breakfast food was low quality. Wont be back

Clean property and room. Good shower. Loved the pool with the slide. Great breakfast every morning. Nice fire pits out back, but back outside area showing some wear. Pool area is great. Good workout area as well.

Very dusty on the top of the fridge. The shower gel was out but we were checking out that day.

There was a very unruly guest who verbally attacked two little girls at the pool. The staff did not deal with her and many guests stayed away from common areas to avoid this one guest. The rooms are drab and look like a hospital room. Breakfast was good.

Property was clean and well kept on outside ,pool was clean and nice location Room could have been cleaner and staff not very friendly

It was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone who is planning to go to Smoky Mountains. The location is very convenient as well.

Breakfast decent. We weren't told that rooms weren't cleaned every day if you stay more than one night. It would have been nice to have fresh linens and a fresh bed daily. The floors in the room needed cleaned.

Great place rooms spacious and breakfast was OK

Jazzy was very sweet and made check in easy. Breakfast was great with many options. We enjoyed the swimming area. Our only complaint was the bathroom. There was a cracked tile that was exactly where you had to walk through the bathroom and our shower needed to seriously be clean due to the red slim on the floor and build up on the side of the shower. Staff was notified of this upon checkout. I was told that the tile was getting fixed after we checked out and nothing was said about the bathroom.
