Everything was excellent about Home2 Suites by Hilton; very clean room and entire facility, lovely pool outside with wonderful sitting area for night time relaxation, good breakfast accommodations and food. Coffee bar excellent and available through stay. Only two small negatives which really were insignificant; one elevator was out of service and the one available was a bit slow but only six levels in building. Second; wish the balcony light could have had the ability to be turned off as it attacked a lot of brown stink bugs and shown through the drapes if not closed properly. a car show was in town so some of the traffic could be heard on the parkway although this is a better location than being directly on the parkway. Overall a great place to stay.

Easy to get to...a little overpriced... need and pillows were uncomfortable. Balcony had lights that couldn't be turned off at night. Beetles seem to like the room as we found dozens.

Overall the stay was okay. Samantha was outstanding at the front desk. We felt she went above to make us feel welcome. The beds were hard, the pillows way to soft. We had to ask for new towels and amenties after they cleaned our room and took everything and didn't replenish what they took. Our biggest complaint would be the breakfasts. It wasn't that it was the same items everyday but that a lot was over cooked. The sausage dry and the biscuits were hard and dry. Would we stay here again? Overall I would say, yes. We felt safe and the area is quiet. The building is kept clean and the pool was great.

Clean room , Staff members were great! Nice fire pits outside to enjoy during the evening and although I didn't use the pool was very nice and clean. Lots of families enjoyed it. Only thing I would suggest is bring your own lotion as there was none available and the front desk had none to offer.

The front desk staff was excellent the entire stay, however upon arrival my bedding was dirty and had to be replaced. I made the bed myself.

Family friendly property. When I arrived to check in, I noticed the floor was dirty when I first walked in. The counters hadn’t been wiped down. The sheets on the pull-out couch looked unchanged, and there was a baby roach in the room the first night I stayed.

Room was clean, toilet had poor pressure and got clogged multiple times during my stay! Only one elevator in working order which made for very long wait times and overcrowding. Pool nice, they have added slide since last stay however pool chairs sit right in splash zone from pool so you can’t just relax. Hotel is in great and convenient location !

I'm an honors member and was given no perks. Checked in on Sunday- room never got cleaned- despite asking...twice. Had to ask for towels, twice. Breakfast food was low quality. Wont be back

The rooms are spacious The rooms are not cleaned properly. Once I checked in I had to clean the toilet and shower. The toilet had hair and pee. And the shower hair and mold. Also room service never came to clean our rooms or deliver clean towels.

Well currently My card is showing as being billed 2 times for the entire amount. This needs to be fixed immediately.!!!!!

Clean property and room. Good shower. Loved the pool with the slide. Great breakfast every morning. Nice fire pits out back, but back outside area showing some wear. Pool area is great. Good workout area as well.
