This was our family vacation. The rooms were great, the pools were great, location was great, activities for the kids were great and we will be back. Only complaint I would have is the wrist bands for access to pool were not comfortable to wear.

The mattress covers were stained and the beds weren’t comfortable enough. None of the vending machines worked. The indoor pool area was very humid and stuffy.

Everything was great. Very nice place for families.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Service was great. My only complaints was the chlorine smell in the indoor pool. Very strong there were several guest that experienced the same issues eyes burning nose running. We ask the very nice and friendly pool staff to open the door but they said they wasn’t allowed. Overall we enjoyed our stay the resort rooms were clean, the fire pits were nice, the kids play areas were nice.

No complaints. Friendly, and clean. You will need to take food because there is nothing on site. There are plenty of restaurants nearby though.

We had a wonderful stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Pool area was clean and well kept. My 3yr old granddaughter absolutely loved the kiddie area. Activities for the children were fun and the firepits out back were an added touch to roasting smores.

Lots of things to do, mostly pretty clean overall, great stay. Only major complaint is they need ventilation in the indoor pool area you can’t stand to Heather in there for more than a few minutes

There was so much that you could do without having to leave! Nothing

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

The location was good, the outside pool was good I didn’t like the indoor pool area the chlorine was very strong needed more ventilation, I noticed a lot of trash being left on hall floors and not swept up for like two days ,I called to get a extra blanket and towels it took 30 mins or more until they came with it, the shower needs upgrading the shower curtains still looked dingy at the bottom, needs replacing or the house keeper never changed them, maybe spending some time of upgrading and this place can be one of the top resorts in Tennessee
