The waterslides are the newest addition to The Resort’s indoor and outdoor waterpark action, which already features a 250-foot lazy river, a super-sized swimming pool, Adventure Springs, two indoor waterslides, hot tubs, and much more. All waterpark adventures are included in every stay and are private for resort guests. Dollywood and Splash Country are 3.3 miles from this resort. Tanger Outlet Center and Titanic Museum are less than a 5-minute drive away.

The room we had was perfect except we would have liked if the bunk beds weren't at the front door- putting the youngest in a sleep space like that was a little uncomfortable. Everything worked out though and they loved the stay. The staff was super helpful and pleasant as well. Would definitely visit again.

Our 2 bedroom unit with living room and kitchen was great. The building is a bit dated but overall we had a good experience. Only one elevator, so checkout was a bit of a traffic jam.

I love that our room was literally an apartment. Everything you need is right there. Washer dryer, full kitchen etc. Wasn’t really nothing I didn’t like.

The staff, especially the lifeguard named Winter, was outstanding, friendly, helpful and very good with the children.

The staff were very polite. I don't feel like for what we paid that it was worth the price.

Lots of slides closed on this trip. We asked why but never got an answer or if they would open back up. We still love the place, just wished they'd communicate issues and when they'll be resolved better.

Amenities Huge spider/webs on the balcony. Top yellow & white bed blanket was dirty. Blood, Pen, and other weird stains on both beds on blankets when we flipped them over. Shower curtain dirty at the bottom. The splash pad in the inside was down, the one on the outside closes early so it was kind of hard finding spot where the 2 & 3 year olds could play safely.

What a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and professional, the room was beyond my expectations. Comfortable and roomy, clean, well stocked with paper towel, toilet paper, etc. Everything anyone would need for cooking, eating etc! The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by the grandkids daily. Adults loved the pool as well as the hottub. Very convenient location. Close to tons of restaurants, places to shop, things to see and do. Very close to the Island. Will definitely stay there again!!

Internet and tv didn’t work. Maintenance never came. Towels were tiny and felt like they had been washed several thousand times.

The amount of guest your pool seating does not accommodate the group. People keep the chairs and tables occupied and other guest has no seating. I think your pool does not fit the amount of guest staying. I would give one star for that.
