The cleanings of the place. The pool area was really nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating since my room wasn't ready. My room wasn't ready for me to check in. The bathroom toilet was messed up had to pour water in it at times for it to flush. Toilet kept running.

Staff were very kind and helpful! Room was very nice and clean. Loved that we were close to everything. People slamming doors throughout the night(past midnight) and yelling in the hallways very late at night.

Close enough to main drag but out of the way of traffic. Also Grace the front desk staff member was super nice and made our stay even better with her sense of humor and great banter. She was also knowledgeable of the area! Pillows were too soft

The beds was hard , and there were 3 bugs we found. My husband said it was concrete bugs.

Had everything we needed. I know it sounds lame, but the toilet paper quality was -10! I don’t think it was even 1-ply! Will def stay again…..but bring my own toilet paper!

Food was all great. Many choices. Pool was a little smaller than normal for this type of property but ok for one night

I really liked the front desk personal specifically Grace she was very helpful in around anything we needed. Made the stay even more special. Thanks again.

All of the staff were so friendly during our whole stay. Rooms and beds were average, and could use an update. The door going out to the pool kept getting stuck. Ice machine on 3rd floor out of service and 1 elevator was out of service during our stay.

Staff! Showing a little wear. And our hallway had the smell of marijuana coming from the room of some obvious losers in life.
