The Inn at Apple Valley, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Upon entering in the lobby was the smell of apples. We had a very clean room. And the staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Apple Inn.

The room was spacious and clean, larger than I expected. We arrived around 2 am and checked out by 11. I would definitely stay here again. We chose this because it was right by the Apple barn and reviews were lovely. We drove in from New Orleans. We really didn’t use any amenities but did see the pool. We were right by the exit door which can get noisy.

We took our grandkids last year and they Loved it there. We took them again this week, they actually asked to stay here. They love that there's a pool inside and outside. They also love the waffles. My husband and I stay here everytime we go. We like the cleanliness, hospitality and the honesty!! Nothing

Hottub could have been hotter. Was only 98 degrees.

This was the first time for me and my family staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, staff was amazing and very accommodating. Also the breakfast was always hot and delicious. It is also located in a perfect spot to activities, and restaurants. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 and would definitely return.

Nice room and grounds, we didn't use the facilities amenities as we already had full days planned. Location was nice. Breakfast was less than expected for a facility in this price range so we ate at other locations, which there are plenty to choose from. This was our first trip to the area. I saw a lot of other available options should we decide to return down the road. This facility met my expextations for location and very nice staff and nice cold air conditioning, but the included breakfast did not meet my expectations.

The location and outdoor pool was great. The beds were soft, and the front desk was very tentative. The rooms stayed cool, water pressure in the shower was good, and the outdoor activities were great for the kids. The indoor pool smelt so much like chlorine that it gave us a headache. There wasnt a lot of ventilation so we were unable to use it on the days it rained. The breakfast wasnt the best. The eggs were extremely watery and soggy so we only ate there the first morning.

All of the staff very friendly, very clean, loved the option of indoor and outdoor pool. We chose the indoor and it was perfect. Breakfast was great with good options. Delicious coffee. Quick and easy check in and check out. Spacious parking and great location.

Amazing place to stay!

Staff was incredibly impressive! The sweetest and kindest staff. The entire hotel smells of apples. Not overwhelming, just wonderful. The rooms are large and cozy. Balcony is a great touch.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! Sarah at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The lobby, pools, and our room were all very clean. The lobby has coffee, apple cider, and sweet tea, which were a nice perk. There were lots of options at breakfast. Located close to tons of attractions!

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. I love staying here, I think it’s one of the best places to stay in the smokies. The beds was great, when I stay some where a comfortable bed is important to me. This place is excellent. The only thing that was more on the down low to me was the location,, we like spending a lot of time at the island and more time closer up that way but that’s ok, with a good bed to sleep in, a friendly staff, clean facility, a good breakfast, I don’t care to drive. Clean, loved the smell of apples Mattress on bed are getting worn. Time for new ones in the room I stayed in.
