My husband and I had a great stay. The hotel was very conveniently located just off the main strip. THe staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

The hotel was very old, very old furnitures, very dirty, had a tiny fridge! smaller then mini! old hair dryer! the AC sounded like a thunderstorm! very loud!

All was good. AC unit needs updated though. Makes loud noise then dies down after awhile.

Towel bar in the bathroom was not connected. Vending machines were not working. No mention of the $80 deposit required on check-in

About what I expected with the price. Building is clearly highly dated. Nothing shady going on around the building which is plus for cheap stay hotels.

Room was clean and spacious, only odd thing about this property is they only have ice machines on every other floor

It's not fancy but it was good for the price ($60). The pool was nice and there is a deck area to sit on and enjoy the view of the mountains. It is conveniently located (walking distance) to major attractions & restaurants. Although nothing bad happened, there were guys hanging around in the back parking lot near the door. I think they were just smokers. Maybe put a designated smoking area further away from the door? It was quiet and clean. I will be staying there every time if the price stays the same. See you soon.

Where they had were u can sit outside and look over Pigeon Forge. Driving up the big hill to get the property

No breakfast, online selected breakfast included. Also no smart tv.the pool was a plus.

Staff wasn't friendly, I was completely unaware I couldn't leave my dog in the room by him self at all and had to leave wasn't given a refund of course paid for 2 days. Room looked like it was last updated in the 80s. Maintenance walks around in pajamas. They asked if I had read the policy's when I checked in but either way wouldn't have mattered since they wouldnt have given me my money back since I booked thru expedia and it doesn't mention pets can't be left alone at all on the site.

For the Price, this was a great stay. Especially having a jetted tub. The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.
