Excellent for the price point. The room had some age-related wear, but was mostly clean (though there were some hairs around the room, and the corners were a bit dirty). It’s located on the main touristy road, but set back and up the mountain a bit, which made it quieter. However, the AC did make some noises that woke me up. The bed was decently comfortable. The room also had a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The room was well set-up for a longer-term stay with chests of drawers, etc. It felt very safe.

Quick and easy check in. Beyond my expectations for the price point. One of the most comfortable beds at a hotel that we have stayed at. Great water pressure in the shower. Overall and exceptional stay.

They do not offer breakfast as advertised. They have drug dealers that live there long term and have People coming in and out all hours of the day on 4th floor

The positives: free parking, bed and pillows surprisingly comfortable, the WiFi and TV worked well. The negatives: We had read the property was dated and it was. Seriously dated. Poor cleaning was an issue. Our tub had a pink ring from shampoos or body wash on it when we arrived. The tub needs to be refinished as the surface was peeling. Also the tub faucet was hanging out of the wall. The AC worked great but the plastic piece of the vent was broken off and missing. One outlet didn’t work. A piece of the desk top was broken off. The carpet had been replaced (thank goodness) with a fake hardwood. The price was really cheap but we won’t stay here again.

This is the only hotel my family and I stay at when we go to pigeon forge the staff is very friendly, accommodating, they have a washer and dryer which is very useful especially if you have a big family and you don't want to pack a lot and it is right on the main strip! I have a service dog and they never have given me any problems with her they're very accommodating to her as well we highly recommend this hotel.

NO breakfast The air conditioner was very noisy and the floor was dirty. The shower head did not work right . The room could've been a lot better. the lamps didn't work properly they would flash off and on.

Clean Location and staying on the 4th floor
-
The room was not carpeted. We got dirty feet walking around it barefoot. There was no alarm clock or phone in our room or continental breakfast like it says on their site. Could hear the people next door talking even when they weren't loud. Cleaning staff really didn't clean...just made the bed, took the garbage and left coffee amd cups. Bathroom needed repainted. The paint was peeling on the wall near the shower head and looked like holes were patched/painted trying to make it look like it was supposed to be that way...it didnt look right.

Absolutely nothing loved it ?

Nothing Everything

I do feel obligated to point out, however, that the woman and the man who helped us at check-in/checkout were pleasant and nice. It was also very cheap and one of the only things available on late notice for our extended stay, so I guess you get what you pay for here.

Nothing Dirty walls, bondo all around the walls, broke shower head and focet. Floors creeking, mold. Staff was very rude
