Room smelled of urine, especially bathroom.

Found the room to be not great. The room was smelly and damp, toilet paper for kleenex, door wouldnt close to the bathroom, shower door wouldn't stay closed and to top it all off, there was black hair at the back of the door. Cleanliness was not good

Very dated, lots of scratches, scuffed walls, chipped paint, etc.

This property was very well kept & clean. Staff was outstanding, polite & hepful. Breakfast was great, too! lot of choices & food good. Would stay here again.

The “closet” is just pegs on the walls and hangers would not stay on them. Very frustrating

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean room and a good breakfast. This hotel is loctated above the main street which is nice because it is a quiet recovery spot after a long day exploring Pigeon Forge.

We wanted a nice, quiet place for an overnight stay. The price was very reasonable, our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked just fine. We were very happy with our stay.
