Room carpet kinda felt stinky, everything else was good.
-
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The property is a little worn down, but it's a great place for the price.

Did not like location
-
Clean rooms, comfy beds and a nice bathroom. The fold out bed was not the best, the breakfast was a bit lackluster and the property needs to be updated but the staff was wonderful and we had cleaning service every day. Above all we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
-
Front desk was very disrespectful towards my husband and we were misinformed about payment methods
-
Easy access to the strip it’s right at a light so you don’t have to really worry about making a full turn across the highway! No complaints here!
-
The staff were nice. The breakfast was not good..and way too small and crowded! The pool was closed on a 95+ degree humid day. NOT HAPPY!!!
-
It was very clean, overly clean. There was an overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies when we walked into our room. It went away after we brought take out into the room. The kids enjoyed the pool. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with the standard hotel items available. We didn't have enough towels, especially when the kids went to the pool. There were not towels there either. We did not ask for more and just made due with what we had because it was just a 1 night stay. The room did not get dark, the lights from the parking lot bled through where the curtain is attached to the wall. There was a 1.5 ish gap between the wall and the curtain which is your standard curtain rod, but it let a lot of light in from the parking lamps.

Clean and comfortable at a great price! Not many amenities, but I didn’t need any

Clean hotel with a great breakfast I would have liked a dresser or usable closet. We didn't enjoy the pool because the water was so cold (first week of june). Clearly thats not your fault, but before staying there we stayed at a location with a heated pool. Its difficult not to compare.

It was a nice, clean and quiet option for a night stay while traveling.

My stay was very good

The property was overall clean and they kept our linen stocked. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty decent. For the price u was pleased. It was one of the cheapest options around so I was afraid it would be run down and gross but it wasn’t ! The location wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. There was a stain on the sheet it wasn’t huge but it did make me question whether they had been cleaned properly.

The rooms were very clean but the only complaint I would have is we were in room 211 and it must be directly under the breakfast area because we were woke up early as chairs from the dining table were being moved every time someone would get up.

When we got to the hotel, I stepped up to the front desk and stood there. The lady running the desk, was in a room behind the desk, watching videos on her phone. I had to get her attention to help me. Once she came over, I explained that we were waiting on my husbands check so I was going to have to pay some with card and some with cash. This irritated her to the point, she let me know how much I was inconveniencing her. She then started telling me that as a woman, I need to learn to be more responsible and that coming to a hotel, I should have the money and again, she let me know how much I was inconveniencing her. I have never had someone belittle me, while checking into a hotel. The next day, I tried to talk to the supervisor, but he told me that he didn't deal with situations like mine, and that I would have to speak with the general manager. He said he would be there the next day, so I left a note, with some info on what happened, along with room number, my phone number and name. I NEVER heard from him. We were there 4 days. The lady was named Diane. I explained to the supervisor, that I wasn't trying to get anything, but that the lady needed to know how unacceptable this was. Starting a vacation this was, was not ideal at all.

The lady at the front desk was so rude, very unprofessional, disrespectful and the room was not clean. The pool water was brown and not clean
