The cleaning staff were very friendly and efficient. The whole floor smelled like Marijuana, the AC barely worked and there is a lot of mold and water damage on the second floor.

Everything Pool needs a lil work and we had a wire sticking out the back of our bed scared me having small kids.

The breakfast at this place was always very good eggs bacon sausage gravy waffles etc..... loved everything about it and I love staying here want stay anywhere else!!! Not much could be better!!

We loved the layout of our room. We have a sixteen year old son who stayed upstairs in the loft and it gave both him and us some privacy. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great stay. Thank you, Best Western!

I loved that it felt lile 2 separate rooms with the loft. We had two families in the room and it felt like everyone still had their space without having two rooms. The parking was difficult and tight.

Room was very clean, beds comfortable. Front facing rooms right next to the parkway do have some road noise but was not bothersome for me. Parking can be an issue on busy weekends. I came back to the room late and had to park in the grass lot next to the property. Not a big issue overall. Would stay here again.

The location of the property was fantastic. It is literally in the downtown strip where you have easy access to everything. Traffic is difficult, but that is to be expected in a tourist town. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and assisted us multiple times for various reasons. The parking lot is cramped and hard to navigate through. Maybe some arrows on the road would be beneficial or bigger signs to show which direction to go. The only other complaint is that the toilet was wobbly as if it was not attached to the floor, but otherwise function properly.

The staff were sweet and the breakfast was awesome!! The beds were comfy and tv channels were nice and the place was clean. The noise from the other guest and being awoke to them playing church in the room beside us. Didnt like the parking situation. Our air was not as cooling as wed like it to be. Floors in room needs to be mopped and the carpets need to be cleaned like with water left our feet black. The pool is small. The remote was NASTY. need to clean those too.
