Checked into our hotel room and room was being cleaned as we entered the room. No big issue. I read HORRIBLE reviews online that were not on Expedia while waiting to be checked in because staff was late. I asked check in staff if there were positive the room was clean they said yes. We come back to the room after it was officially finished cleaning and there were DEAD BUGS AND OTHER PERSONS HAIR imbedded in our “clean towels” provided on our sink which I have pictures of. This is health violation and absolutely unacceptable, we take the towel down to the front desk and state we will not be staying due to this occurrence, front desk staff tells us if we want a refund we have to go through Expedia. Expedia a whole week later has now told us the hotel denied our refund request even though we were in the hotel a whole 15 mins of our 3 night stay do to the health violations, and were told by the front desk they have nothing to do with refunds. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone nor Expedia for not taking proper action as promised.

The deposit that was never mentioned, no coffee maker in room that was in description, had to go get light bulbs because 3 were burnt out when we checked in room. Room wasn't very clean. And breakfast was a granola bar that you can buy at your local store

Good location I didn't like that there wasn't a top lock on our door. The parking lot was horrible and dirty. I got a roofing screw in my brand new tire from a maintenance truck parked a couple of spaces down. Couldn't get anyone that worked there to come to the main lobby desk to talk about it or to answer any of our questions in general .

The lady at the desk was sweet. She was running the entire hotel by herself, so we had to always wait for her when we needed help. The room was nasty. The doors were very gross. Hole in the wall. Cigarette holes in the sheets. Hairs on the sheets. TV remote was broke. The phone wouldn't work. Smelt like Marijuana. Loud music from people below us. Knowing how many people were staying, they still only left a few towels and wrags. It didn't take long at all, and we requested our refund and went elsewhere. I didn't want to touch anything. We didn't feel safe at all, not only from germs but other people (environment) as well. I highly do NOT recommend this place. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!! Also, the indoor pool and laundry room was out of service.

Pool was down , TV didn't work, phone didn't work, AC kept cutting off .

It was close to everything and I could walk if I would have like to. Pool was not the clean and the lil pool for kids was not clean at all.

I didn't stay there. I checked out the same day me and family arrived. The room was dirty, flies where laing on the bed, water would come out from the floor due to the ac, walls and doors like no one has ever cleaned it before. Still haven't got my refund back.

Convenience Nothing

The location close to the island and Dollywood it was really good for that Claiming they have breakfast but it was just coffee and nothing else. Like they claimed

The rooms was dirty only had sheets to sleep we had 3 pillows for to full size beds the pool was murky and chipped

The musty odor in the room was very strong, in addition to a noticeable cigar smell. The fitted sheet on my bed had a small but visible hole. The bathroom curtain showed signs of mold, and the walls appeared dirty as well. One of the light bulbs was flickering. Additionally, the breakfast offering should be clearly explained on the website, as it currently does not indicate that it consists only of dark coffee and a protein bar.

Nothing The rooms were nasty and the pool was nasty and the false advertising about breakfast.

I like that it was close to things in town I didnt like having to ask for washcloths because there were none in the room . I didnt like the only thing that was for breakfast was granola bars it was nothing like shown in the pictures. I didnt like that part of the pool was closed down again not like the pictures shown . And last i didnt like that the bathroom door in our room had damage done to it previously and the repair was low quality. It looked like someone had punched a hole in it and that always maked me nervous especially when i had to put down a security deposit

No towels in rooms, no staff at front desk, pool wasn't like it was in the pictures, no blankets on the beds, fridge didn't work, no microwave, breakfast was not a traditional breakfast. It was only a granola bar & a cup of coffee. Only had 1 pillow on beds when we had 2 ppl per bed.

Location was good not great but gopd Splash pad that was on photos was not there. No wash eats, not enough towels (only two) no one at desk to talk too. Room was 122 beside metal stairs that was loud and lose raddled when people stepped on then until around 1 am Could not sleep because of noise from steps and had grand babies that could not play on splash pad. That was on the photos that was on your page one of the reasons I choose it
