Honestly, nothing. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. Extremely disappointing stay. The room and facilities felt dirty, the location was poor, and the hotel was absolutely not worth the price. I’m usually very easygoing and can sleep almost anywhere, which is why I chose this place, but it still managed to be far worse than expected. The staff was not customer-centric at all. Overall, a terrible experience.

Nothing. We showed up at 11pm to check in after calling for over 6 hours to let them know when we would be arriving with no one answering the phones. ( called every number listed on their website) upon arrival we stood at the lobby doors that were locked with all lights off for over 45 minutes knocking and trying to call. I spoke with another guest that was staying there who stated at 11 they lock up for the night and don’t open the lobby back up for check ins. And they never answer the phones there. Mind you we had driven 5 hours with 2 young children. And they when I booked I marked we would be later checking in. We ended up not getting another room until almost 1 am after calling/driving around and having to pay additional money to get a room for us all.

It was cheap and close to where we needed to be The pool part of it was out of order. The guy at the desk was never there when you needed something you had to wait for him to return. The room was not stocked with enough towels but for one person. The pictures of the place was along time ago right after the remodel. They place is run down compared to the pictures

The pool was great! We loved the slide. Rooms were clean and well. None of the housekeepers spoke English. The splash pad was not working or the baby pool. Hardly anyone at the front desk.

It was cheap The pictures on the website looks better than in person. There was a lot of damage in the room damage on the pool my feet’s my kids feet. Got cut from the pool the Internet sucked and there was a little TV for the room we got scammed

The king suite was awesome with the tub in the bedroom by the bed. The outside just needed some updating.

Its location was good. The price was good. My main reason for booking here was because of their outdoor pool and to my surprise getting there it’s got grass growing in it and not functioning. No mentions about it, just awesome pictures showing it off. I had two very disappointed kids. Also- advertised free breakfast but didn’t offer it. Held an additional security deposit as well.

The king suite was giant and clean. There was no one available at the front desk. I went down multiple times called their phone and waited for over 30min for someone to come.

Nothing WasPools were gross , one wasn't working at all, the rooms i stayed in needed swept, shower water smelled gross, ice machine was broken, every thing outside needed cleaned ,and no breakfast

Never saw any staff in the office never There was no staff to talk to about staying an extra night I had to book it online

Location is great.. great price No towels coke machine out of all drinks

The pool was not available to swim in. No breakfast was available as advertised. No tub stopper. No do not disturb sign. Had to wait 5 hours for someone to show up at front desk to make a complaint. And to check out. Worst place I've ever stayed at. I will never stay here again or recommend this place. Just horrible. Nothing everything wrong with this place. No working pool, not enough towels,no tub stopper, no breakfast, dirty, no one at front desk! Horrible place!!!

It was an excellent location. The floors are clean, but do need to be mopped and the pool should be cleaned daily. Otherwise its a kept up hotel for your money.

It’s close to the strip and the price was great.

It was in a good location and the price was good that's it. We booked the stay here because they advertised breakfast included. There was no breakfast at all. The pool was closed due to maintenance. The staff wasn't very friendly. The outside, the weeds were all grown up around the outside pool. I will never stay here again.
