Holiday Inn Express Pigeon Forge/Near Dollywood by IHG

Staff was great on our first visit Everything above the lobby was in desperate need of upgrading.

We mainly booked for the kiddy pool, and it was not operational. We weren't comfortable with the pool water in the big pool. You could not see the bottom of the pool, the water was not clear and had a film on the top. We were on the 5th floor and there appeared to be repairs being done, carpet was pulled from the walls and a sign indicating painting was being done. The hallway area was 80 degrees. None of this was mentioned on the website, if it had we would not have booked. Extremely over priced for the condition of things. This is a property we would not return to, should be considered a "low budget" property. Again, over priced!

It was clean and new. I can’t think of anything we didn’t enjoy.

The staff was amazing and the biscuits were delicious. The facilities were not up to par. One elevator, one washing machine, one dryer for the entire hotel. One of the rooms we booked smelled heavily of smoke & the other smelled musty. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like wet dog. No ice machine on the 3rd floor. The whole upstairs felt grimy

My grandson and I got into the room, and everything was clean and in order; however, the AC wasn't cooling. I called the office to ask them to look at it. They were extremely accommodating and happily gave me another room immediately across the hall. They even brought the cart and new room keys. That was a great experience, as I have had horrible experiences in the past at other hotels. Thank you for being so kind and accommodating! Nothing I disliked; I was 100% happy.

Noisy! Screaming cheerleaders all hours of the night, stoppered around 3 am and started back by 6 am

We were greeted upon arrival and check-in went very smoothly. Our room was nice and clean. We were in a good location. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice pool and enjoyed the tub spa but stay was cut short due to illness and still waiting to get reimbursed for lost nights I didn’t stay

Comfortable beds, tasty breakfast and close to many experiences. Traffic in the area is pretty congested so patience is a must.

All the time bathroom exhaust fan is not working

I enjoyed the location and our king suite. The pool was a great asset as well. I didn't like that our hot tub was spitting out black slime, due to not being cleaned appropriately and the smoking area caught on fire and I had to bring it to they attention. Could've messed everyone up big time.

Everything it had great hospitality. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

We liked the room overall. We liked how they provided dove soap. Shower was hot which was good. The onl I thing we didnt like was howvthe toilet flushed. You had to hold down on lever to get it to flush. Toilet paper is substandard. Didnt like that.
