River Bend Inn

Todo me gustó. Gente agradable y el estacionamiento puede ser con techo. Todos los días limpiaban el cuarto. Piscina muy limpia.

I booked a double bed room with no balcony. I had no issues. Room was neat and front desk was helpful. Nice location and easy drive to Gatlinburg and Smoky.

View couldn’t be beat, right on the river. We could sit on our balcony and watch the ducks swim past. I would have liked to have had more coffee left in the room though. One packet wasn’t enough to carry us over until the buffet opened. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was over at 9 am. I’m up with the chickens literally bc I raise chickens but for heaven’s sake people like to sleep on vacation. The woman at the front desk when I checked in an out were like robots. Not friendly in the slightest and answered my questions about the area and the amenities like I was causing them physical pain. Seriously I just looked it up online. Thanks for being in the service industry, try being service oriented. Maybe. Just a little. The place was very clean. I bring my own bedding bc I’m a germophobe but I really didn’t need it everything was spotless. The location was convenient and seemed very safe. It was quiet and good for families and older folks. My party was teens and senior adults. Probably won’t come back bc of lack of amenities that others in similar price range provide. The staff.

Con’s: The only con is the breakfast and I’m pretty easy to please. The eggs were fake, the sausage was greasy, and the gravy was runny. Only loaves of white bread to toast. It would be nice if they had a waffle maker like most hotels do that offer breakfast. Also bagels with cream cheese and English muffins with peanut butter would have been another alternative giving some protein in the morning. I know it is complimentary but these are basic in almost every hotel I r stayed. We would stay again. I hope the comments of myself and others will help them improve breakfast.

Location They put us in a handicap room and we were not told

The bed was comfortable. The staff were not very friendly. The elevators were very slow. There were hairs in the tub and the towels were stained. The pool closes at 10pm. It is very slick between the pool area to the front office/breakfast area and the rooms. Very slick coming out the side entrance/exit. The breakfast was unappetizing. There were no waffles, the cereal dispenser did not work, the eggs were very salty, the sausage laid in a pan of grease, and you had to put the tiny biscuits in a microwave. The apple juice tasted odd. The food area could’ve been cleaner and more kept with the amount of people eating. Overall, it was fair for the one night stay.

Front desk staff could be a little more welcoming.

Quiet at night ac worked well in room. No AC in the halls, had dried dip on the bed frame and dip spit on side of them bed that showed after sleeping on the bed. Breakfast was not eatable.

Places is clean, only thing I'm problem with the breakfast, Miss disgusting gravy water out dry biscuits much orange juice water out made husband sick got back to room , didn't used the pools, maybe need games room for young people ,I'm did like the hotel itself

Everything Nothing

The location and the price were amazing The lady at the front desk when we checked in was so rude and when checking in or asking questions, it was like I was bothering her and taking her away from whatever she was doing on her phone. Also it was very hot in the hallways and the gym area.

Everything was wonderful The weather

If I’m by myself for a work trip though, it will do for the price.

Stayed here before. Friendly staff. Good location.
