Location The chair in our room was broken. And the toilet seat didn't even fit the toilet.

The location was perfect for us. The cleaning lady for our room was exceptional. She was very friendly, helpful, and always had a smile for us! The lady that checked us in was great. The desk lady the first morning, 9/28/2026, was very unfriendly and rude. She would not make eye contact. She did not stop whatever she was doing on her computer to answer a question we had about needing a city map. She told us to try a gas station! We found the Chamber of Commerce.

It was a great location The staff was absolutely horrible! They were all very rude except for the older Indian couple that was cleaning the rooms. They were very nice.

The hotel was quiet, clean, all staff we interacted with were friendly. The back area had rocking chairs overlooking the river and that was very peaceful after a long day. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and had attractions and dining within less than 500 ft. I wished the hotel faced the river so you could sit on your balcony to watch river and need a sign for non- smokers on one side and smokers on the other. Need a privacy fence for outdoor pool as it faces road.

On the strip and also on the river. Beautiful view of the river. Nice large parking spots. Well lite in the parking garage at night. Nice property. We had spiders and spider webs in our room. No one available to come and clean the walls and ceiling. We did it ourselves.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed & nice sitting area outside to look out at the river The smoking area didn't have a ramp so that someone in a wheelchair or who uses a walker could access it⁵

The maids still make the bed everyday and tidy up that’s rare these days. The hotel its self was a little older feeling but the rooms were in fact clean. 8/10 on the clean scale. There was plenty of parking too. Okay the hotel was fine 8/10 for the price point I wasn’t expecting the ritz… however. The door to the room had a sizable gap on too and bottom of the door I could almost stick my hand under the door (blocked it with a towel). The breakfasts something left to be desired. There was a constant noise from the floor adjacent and outside. The lighting in the room was very dark. But then again I was there to sleep nothing else. And to round it off the elevator was so slow I checked out this morning and I’m still waiting on it.

We liked the river behind the motel. It was very pretty and they had rocking chairs. Sit out there that you could sit and watch the water go by very relaxing. We had to plunge our own toilet right after we got there, but after that, it was OK
