Breakfast was amazing every day with multiple options!

We,didn't stay because we were given one room,and the mattress,cover was filthy,they then gave us another room,and it was,just as nasty. Thank God,I chose to pay when I got there.

Need more HC parking spaces in front. Had to park behind building. Accessing building wasn’t a problem and there were plenty of spaces. Problem would be if parking was full due to having to unload a walker and not having a wide enough space to maneuver between cars. Good location out of crowd. Breakfast was great. Lady preparing it was very helpful. Plenty of places to sit and eat.

The beds were so comfy and rooms were super clean. It was in a very convenient location and easy to get to things we wanted to do. The only downside was that the parking lot was small in the front but there was a second rear parking lot that we didn’t realize was there. Overall, i definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed, and most importantly, within walking distance of all sorts of fun things to do! They "imply" they have a pool and jacuzzi..however u must walk across the street and down about a block to another hotel.. that was disappointing.

Overall this Fairfield inn was one of the nicest hotel experiences I've had traveling. The rooms are superb and comfortable and every amenity from the pool, hot tub, breakfast center and gym all are great. The staff though were so kind and helpful its a must stay if your in pigeon forge.

AC didn’t work- was 95 degrees in the room- paid for 2 queen standard room- was told by staff they had to steal someone’s reservation to give us a room or we would have to sit in lobby hours waiting for maintenance to fix it. Was given a small double bed room and the next morning talked to a manager regarding some type of discount and was told too bad we don’t do that. Parking is terrible as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was room for a chair or loveseat which would have been nice to have. I don’t like having to sit on the bed.
