Location When I booked our stay we were to get free breakfast. That was not the case, we were charged for it.

I don’t like that the rooms aren’t cleaned every day

Great room. Registration was fast and easy along with check. Breakfast options were fresh made. Look forward to staying again.

After a 7 hour drive we made it to the hotel. Check in went smooth. Went to get into our room the keys would not work. Went back to the front desk, I was given new keys, went back to the room keys still didn’t work. Went back to the front desk was given another set of keys and was told they would contact maintenance that the batteries probably need replaced. Finally one of the employees went to our room with us to use there key to let us in. Once we got in the room it was HOT! They had turned the air off!! Went to the pool, tried to come back to the room, our key to get back in through the indoor pool area would not work! Neither would any other guest. Had to walk all the way around the hotel to re-enter. After reporting it. It happened again the following day. Staff keys would work guest keys would not. The point of paying extra for a Hilton is supposed to be better more luxury experience without all the issues! That was not the case with this.

we were there in summer, there is a lot of slippery floors due to kids in the pool.

Room was clean and was great location near everything. Very quiet hotel and very nice staff.

One treadmill work, and the belt was kind of work broken. It’s really had a bad sound every time it went around. A lot of the equipment was in operatable. There was a next to the indoor pool right by the water.

This property has everything you need for the perfect stay. The room was immaculate and staff were friendly, courteous and professional as soon as we walked into the lobby. The hotel is located centrally to everything we needed to get to. We will definitely be returning!

The ability to pull up in back for loading and unloading was huge. Got the jr suite to separate the snorer. Loved sitting out by the fire pit with a cocktail.

Hotel had a spacious room, comfortable bed, was clean & well maintained. Did not provide a free breakfast. Overall nice stay.

Quiet and clean place to stay. The indoor and outdoor pool were exceptional. The gym was very big. The only disappointment was that I did not see a “garden” had to go to Olive Garden to get my fresh tomatoes. I do not know why they call it.

Great location to all attractions. Very clean, comfortable beds, pillows. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Atmosphere was very peaceful and a beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, and the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The amenities were great, but our favorite feature was the pool area. We absolutely loved having both an indoor and an outdoor pool—it gave us the best of both worlds regardless of the weather. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, family-friendly hotel with excellent customer service.
