Great hotel choice for me and my family. Room and pool area were very clean. They have a pool section for little kids which was perfect for my 2 kids. Plenty of parking and great staff.

Really well run hotel. Design placed nearly all parking on the rear of the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good. Fitness center was fine.

It was nice to see vegetarian options at breakfast. The plant based sausage was first for me on a hotel breakfast buffet. And while it was only one day of our stay, it was greatly appreciated.

Front desk staff was excellent. We had an issue with our car upon arriving and they helped out so much! We had our dog with us and our room was wonderful. It met our expectations! Our entire experience was wonderful! We have no complaints. It was overall quite impressive.

Rooms were a nice size and clean. Be aware that housekeeping only cleans every other day (although you can easily request more towels, etc. as needed). Free breakfast was a mix of hot and cold items-nothing fantastic but sufficient and multiple options to keep all age groups happy. Staff in breakfast area kept up with filling items and emptying trash in the area. Hotel is in a great location-walking distance to The Island at Pigeon Forge. Walking distance to all sorts of restaurants (including Starbucks must for our group), CVS, mini golf, ETC. Free parking on site. Has both an indoor and outdoor pool. Back area of hotel has a nice porch with rocking chairs, etc. During our stay there were several large groups of kids (National Dance Competition and a Soccer Tournament) which made for a noisy stay and very crowded pool. Overall, happy with hotel.

Room was clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated and the bathroom door was damaged. Beds were not the most comfortable. Outdoor pool/hot tub was nice. Breakfast was average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good. Overall an okay stay.
