The Bavarian-inspired The Inn at Christmas Place is opposite Christmas Place holiday store and 0.8 mi from The Island in Pigeon Forge family entertainment center. An outdoor pool with a 29-yard waterslide and large garden are on site. The daily breakfast buffet includes made-to-order omelets, fresh Belgian waffles, and breakfast meats like sausage and ham. Pastries, fresh fruits, and hot/cold cereals are offered as well as fresh coffee. Santa Claus sings Christmas songs and tells holiday stories from Summer through December, and a glockenspiel art installation with bronze bells is on display in the lobby. Everything. The Christmas theme, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast, located in the beautiful mountains. Wonderful experience!! We couldn’t live there forever. Had to leave.

A wonderful experience—very friendly staff and an excellent pool. The breakfast area is very spacious, offering the choice of dining outdoors or inside the dining room. Everything was very clean, and the Christmas theme was creatively executed. I recommend it 100%.

Location, breakfast, pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities and hours. This hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly. The decorations were beautiful. I would recommend more Christmas music. I would like to hear it in the lobby and even in the elevators.

Suggestion, have some hot tea for non coffee drinkers. Green Tea! I couldn't eat breakfast due to the omelets being cooked over and over in the same pan. I am allergic to mushrooms and the pans are not cleaned or have a special pan for people with allergy.

I can't tell you how wonderful this trip was for us! I absolutely love Christmas so I've been wanting to come for a long time. We came for my birthday this week and it is 100% my best birthday ever! So clean, comfortable, easy to get around, excellent food, perfect decorations. Just start to finish perfect. It will be hard to ever stay at another hotel and we will definitely be back!

This was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel was outstanding. It was clean, cozy, and close to an unimaginable amount of activities. This hotel exceeded any form of expectations I had. I will ABSOLUTELY, be staying here in the future. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. 100/10 in every way.

An absolutely beautiful property that was made alive by the truly kind and spirited staff. The attention to detail, the dreamy beds, the cookies, the Christmas DVD’s from the front desk all made this a wonderful experience. Oh, and that breakfast room.. Wow The lack of live flying reindeer on the property
