The front desk staff was helpful and courteous when we checked in but we were unable to find anyone when we went to check out. The cable didn’t work properly on the tv - it was pixelated, poor lighting in the room, no counter space in the sink area, I disliked the trundle bed because the sheets didn’t fit it correctly. I hated the bathroom design. The beds were comfortable.

I came here after checking into a Best Western and walking out in less than 15 minutes. Thank god I did because it was perfect.

I'm not so keen on the pet friendly part but the room was very clean. It is a great place to stay.

Hotel is dated and older. It was clean, but stains on the carpet and wear on the walls. Bathrooms needed a full renovation. Bathtub was gross, super quick shower and in and out. I wouldn’t let my kids take a long bath. Also the pool is very small.

Check in was simple, hotel was in a great location, staff was friendly, breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast buffet spread. Food was good. Plenty of parking. Didn’t get to use the pool, but it was busy when we walked by it each day. Overall very happy with the room cleanliness and size.

Major issues with air conditioning going out in our room. Maintenance had to vacuum major stagnation and dirty water out of air conditioner within our room. Happened several times. There were 2 adults and 3 small children in the room. They did offer another room but would not help with our moving into another room late at night. We were only there 2 nights but not happy.

Can’t set ac lower then 68 degrees Fahrenheit. Was very annoyed by that. Never experienced that in a hotel before . They stopped stocking the breakfast buffet around 9am. Was very disappointed even though I arrived to the breakfast buffet lil after 9am.

The property was in a nice location. Surrounded by everything that you would like to get to! I didn’t want to leave ?

The hotel was nice but the room could have been cleaner. We kept finding other people hair in the bathroom and in the bed. They came once in 3 nights to make the beds and they just laid the blanket over the beds and didn’t actually fix the sheets or anything. Also we were had a half a roll of toilet paper at check in and i immediately went down and asked for another roll. That roll was almost gone and they never replaced it. We kept running out and having to ask for more. Even though they did come every day to give us new towels.

Went back to an open door to our room last night.

Given the layout of the room it would have been nice to have more than one TV. The water slide was fun! Hot tub was not available the entire time. I could feel the springs in the bed. Other than that the location was ideal for getting to Pigeon Forge attractions.

The pool was way too small. The sink clogged easily. The beds are super uncomfortable. Breakfast ran out quick and the lines were long.
