The property is very clean, loved the outdoor seating and the balcony off our room. Breakfast was good, fresh and also enjoyed the outdoor pool. This is the second time we stayed there and we would stay again next time we are in Pigeon Forge.

Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Property is within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Will definitely be staying there again.

We always stay here when we go to Pigeon Forge. Close to everything. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were great after a day out in the mountains!

Bed was awesome, a/c was nice and cold, the rooms are sound proof. Loved the outdoor pool...didn't get to the indoor pool. Loved being creekside and can fish! Will definitely go back!

Everything was great with 1 exception. My husband and I forgot to lock the door BUT we had our DO NOT disturb tag on door and a housekeeper opened the door and was about to walk in while we were in bed. She didn't knock or even acknowledge that she was housekeeping. I made this known to clerk at front desk that this needed to be addressed with staff. Not sure if he will or not. Other than that the stay was great. Breakfast was ok and the sitting area overlooking river was beautiful. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

The property is beautifully kept. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well stocked with linens and pillows. Breakfast options were some of the best I’ve seen.

This was our 1st time to stay at The Inn and it won't be our last. Staff was very nice, the room was very clean. We had a river side room and even though we were close to the Parkway, it was quiet when we sat on our patio.

This property is spotless in common areas and the rooms! The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. The breakfast was good but the coffee wasn't the best. We've stayed here twice and will stay again when we return!
