Room was clean and beds were comfortable. They also brought up a cot when my grandchildren didn't want to sleep next to each other. The entire staff that I had contact with was amazing. I was greeted every time I passed unfinished the for and with a smile. Breakfast was well stocked and fresh. Most importantly I was truly impressed with how pet friendly they actually were. It wasn't just a perk, they really were pet friendly and accommodating for my dog. They have treats in the lobby and poop bags outside if you didn't bring your own. I didn't feel like my dog was an inconvenience like other pet friendly hotels I stayed in. Great customer service.

We did not eat the free breakfast. The room was nice but the hot tub was amazing. I liked the pool but kids kept screaming and splashing so I left early. Pool open 24/7 so that is great. Staff were friendly. Great location and price good. Had a washer and dryer too. Good place to stay.

We stayed in the junior suite. The space was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of walking and excitement, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn't gourmet but it was satisfying. The most wonderful thing about the place was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and polite.

Hotel was clean, friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was good. The only problem we had was a slow elevator with is not anything the staff could do about it. Will stay again!

Clean and stocked well. Pool was 24 hours and was pet friendly. Breakfast was hot but boring. No waffles!

Loved the location and the pool. Only downside is that they have only one elevator so it takes awhile when the hotel is busy.

The staff is soooo friendly. Southern hospitality at its finest!! Checkin/out was quick and easy. Our room was good. Breakfast was really good. I of course had biscuits and gravy, which is my favorite breakfast food, though I'm not allowed to eat it anymore, but I did this trip The garbage can at the back door should be moved away from the door more. It's way too close to the door/building with all the flies around it.

Would be walking into a construction zone. Painting where we eat breakfast at is so gross. It’s a pet hotel and my dogs were barking some and they told me I was not allowed to leave them alone. Yet for days could hear dogs from other rooms barking and construction didn’t help pets calmness. Horrible customer service
