La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pigeon Forge

The pool and hot tub were awesome, and we took full advantage of them during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially loved that it was served until 10:00 AM — perfect for those mornings when you’re on vacation and don’t feel like getting up at the crack of dawn! A few small things came up during our stay — nothing major at all, and honestly, I hesitate to even call them “incidents.” But what really stood out to us was how incredibly prompt and helpful the staff was whenever we needed assistance. They jumped right in, worked hard to resolve things, and made sure everything was taken care of so we could continue enjoying our vacation. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference. And the location couldn’t be better! It’s literally right in the middle of everything, making it so convenient to get wherever you want to go in Pigeon Forge. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge, and we will definitely be staying here again. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Vacation for a family of 4 and La Quinta surpassed our expectations! Front staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean & met our expectations. It was nice to have access to pool & hot tub 24 hours. Breakfast was okay-would be nice to have variety of hot breakfast daily but grateful for a warm meal. We’re definitely returning to La Quinta on our next visit to Tennessee!

For what we wanted, this fit the bill. Yes, we would definitely stay here again. The hotel looked and smelled clean, staff was friendly, nice big in door pool, our room/bathroom was very nice, great a/c and water pressure, hotel location is ideal. The only items that I would say could be improved would be the included breakfast which was ok, the small parking lot and the fact there was only one elevator as it could take a little waiting for it but this is if I had to identify areas.

As always it was a wonderful stay! We LOVE our room! The staff is always beyond kind and the breakfast is hot and delicious making the stay even better!

Ever since my first stay at any La Quinta I love the chain. The breakfast is from 7-10am, they have waffles and sausage and biscuits and gravy and yogurt and cereal, the pool is indoors and is 24 hours, the bathrooms are nice and the whole hotel smells clean, it is pet friendly, I saw many dogs and cats staying with people, the lobby is very nice, the staff is very nice, everything is very clean, I fully recommend this location and high hopes for all other hotels of this chain

Can be very noisy, doors slamming, can hear people talking loudly. Elevator is very slow. Would be nice to have more options for breakfast. It is a dog friendly hotel, I didn’t realize that before booking. Dogs sometimes barking can be disruptive at times
