Disturbed every night due to next door neighbor's noise through crossing door. Kids yelling and running and parents talk loud after entering their room at 1:20AM. Every evening I had to hear all their conversations and TV sounds until all the family went to bed at midnight.
-
The property and room was clean. The walls were very thin as we heard several conversations in our room. The toilet was hard to access as it was in a very small area.

Very good

Clean Rooms, in and outdoor pools

So many good things to say about this hotel but I’ll keep it short and sweet. Super friendly and helpful staff!!! Breakfast buffet was simply amazing. In my opinion, best free hotel breakfast in Pigeon Forge. Room was clean and spacious. Location is very convenient. We will def stay again at this hotel.

Everything was great until we go to the last day and one of the cleaners tried to enter my room 2 hour prior to checkout. I’m just glad I had the safety bar on because it wld have been a nightmare if they wld have seen me undresed.

I have stayed in Pigeon Forge at many places over the years and this will be the place I stay at going forward. No better place in Pigeon Forge

The property was clean and very convenient location. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice hotel , very clean. Pool outside was very small.
-
Overall good. The breakfast could be improved some. The buffet is prone to the spread of disease. No gloves.
-
Overall this was a 4.9. I’d come again. Just wish they had updated tv’s. Ones where you can enjoy the cable they offer or the ability to stream. Which they didn’t but other than that ( which is stupid to say ). They also have the longest pool hours I’ve ever seen!

It was pretty nice.Breakfast wasn't too good.Indoor pool was.like a furnace and the outside pool was big enough for like 4 5 little.kids. was disappointed about that. Room was very clean
-
Hotel was very well kept but room was hot and they had thermostat locked so you had no control
-
The room with a king bed layout was very nice and organized.
-
Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again

Our room was okay, not super tidy when we arrived. The floor was sticky and we did have a dirty bath cloth that was folded up and displayed as clean. The front desk was very helpful in giving us new, clean linens. The floors in the breakfast area and the elevators were completely disgusting. My shoes actually became stuck in the dining area. The elevator floors were stained and visibly dirty. It was a faux wood type material that could be mopped or wiped but they haven't been cleaned for some time. We stayed in this hotel last June, and it was clean and spot less. I am not sure if it was new then or if there were different cleaning protocols.

The room was very clean as well as all common areas of the property. The outside pool deck was awesome with plenty of chairs. Each room had it's own small balcony with nice chairs. The staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was much better than the average hotel with 5 main hot options including bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy and potatoes.

The Walden hands down the best place I have ever stayed! The entire property is spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast is incredible, offering a huge variety of delicious, fresh options to start your day. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff—they are absolute rockstars who go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome. The indoor outdoor jacuzzis were a delight after a long day sightseeing. An amazing all-around experience, and I can't wait to return!
