Clean room, good location, staff very friendly

The hotel was not clean .we asked them to change the blankets because it had a dirty spot also the rest room was dirty full of water .i had to ask them to clean it again .there was hairs on the bathroom walls

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were super nice, beds were comfy and we loved the balcony! It was our first time here but won't be our last!

I gave rooms a 4/5 for being clean. There was hair on the bed, other then that everything was a 5 out of 5 and you honestly can't beat the price per night. The breakfast was amazing they had a little bit of everything from oatmeal, a variety of cereal and biscuits and gravy along with Muffins and other things. They had 2 pools and a great hotub

The room smelled very musky. I bought some sanitizer spray to help. The toilet was not bolted down. Overall cleanliness was not up to standards.

I stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied with the location and the room. The indoor swimming pool and indoor hot tub were poorly maintained with green algae in the hot tub so bad that the water was very green so I did not get in it. The pool had a chemical issue causing it to be extremely cloudy to the point that I could not see the bottom in the 3 foot area. I have a large inground pool at home, so I am very aware of what it takes to maintain a clear "sanitary" pool. I was in the water for a short time just to relax, but knew it wasn't healthy to be there very long. I took a shower as soon as I got in the room to get rid of the strong odor from the pool water. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, but add caution if anyone was to use the pool or hot tub.

I liked this hotel It’s situated on a hill above it all on the parkway. Two pools too small but full all the time. Breakfast is a better version of the usual. This is one of the very few times laces to have a balcony off your room to sit and watch the mountains and get away from air conditioning. The laundry is nicer machines than the usual and they work. There’s a gas station and a krugers food exactly across the street annnnnd you can see Dollywood fireworks from the parking lot.

This hotel wasn't horrible, but it wasn't what I expected, especially for the price. The pictures online are inaccurate. The front desk staff were nice and got towels for the pool as needed. As far as the room, the bathroom was tiny, but the sink is outside of it, the shower was horrible, weird placement of a glass wall(not sure what you call it) to keep water in, and absolutely no water pressure. Then continuing in the room, the microwave door was busted, the floors/carpet were dirty, the bed/bedding did appear clean and the air worked, hardly any lighting which leaves me wondering what I couldn't see. The room promised a private balcony, which is not very private, all that seperates you from the other rooms balcony is a metal railing. The pools... both were small, not a lot of room to swim especially with other guest. The indoor pool was very cloudy, the water, and the room itself were miserably warm, the hottub had a sign up due to maintenance. Then the breakfast, it was one of the worst I have had at a hotel, everything(biscuits, french toast sticks, thawed egg)was served cold and you had to microwave it. The only thing that was cooked was gravy served in a crock pot. You could make your own waffles and they had cereal and packs of grits and oatmeal. Besides the flat egg no other protein was available, definitely not a desirable breakfast. The whole experience was a disappointment.

Room was clean and comfortable. The inside pool was nasty. Could not see the bottom of the pool. The hot tub water was clean. I wish the pool had been clearer. I would stay here again

The first night was alright. The second night was horrible. Wi-Fi didn’t work like it was told to work, the tv would not work, the whole room smelt like weed almost like someone smoked weed in the furnace room, when told about it smelling bad they didn’t do anything about it, and the shower got water everywhere due to the design of it.

Room wasn’t very clean and the pool was disgusting indoor and outdoor. Room was small and they didn’t keep stuff stocked very well

Clean room and pool area.

We recently stayed here for 6 nights. We didn't arrive for check in until later in the night. The front desk guy was super nice and helpful. The free breakfast set up was really nice and the sweet lady restocking the foods was a delight. We encountered many other employees throughout the week because we were coming and going alot. Every single person greeted us and made us feel right at home. Our room was very spacious which was a plus for us because we had a lot of stuff since we were in town for a dance competition. We will definitely choose Park Grove Inn next time we are in town.
