The rooms where clean and comfortable, pools where also clean and well maintained. THE Breakfast was ok not to brag about but there are plenty of really good places for breakfast that are inexpensive. Mels Diner is excellent

The room was clean and though the light switches were not intuitive, there were usb plugs available (USB-A, for sure. I can't remember if there were USB-C or not) The hotel is conveniently located to the main area of Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was good. Lots of options like small plain omelets, muffins, French toast sticks, waffles, cereal, coffee, cocoa, juice, etc. I was only passing through town for one night, but I wish I could have been here longer. I will definitely look into this one if I'm in the area again.

Staff is great and the breakfast was good. It's just an older place that could use some up dates. Hot tub was good and hot. Pools where clean. Nothing I didn't like . Just wish it was a little more modern .

The breakfast is always amazing and the pool was warm and not freezing Our soap dispenser did fall off the wall and there was a hole in the wall

Its location and staff are the plus, rest others are disappointing. The room welcomed with a damp and musty smell for which we kept the room doors open for hours to let the moisture out. The second night was nothing short of scary as the moment we were to board the elevator, it stalled midway at around 10:00 pm and the fellow guests were terrified inside the stuck elevator until the Police and Firemen came to rescue, we were so lucky by 3 minutes that night, had to use the stairs regardless the elevator was brought to normal with no clear root cause. Overall the experience at 5/10.

Beautiful and clean rooms. Beds were comfortable. 2nd time staying here and definitely plan on staying again. Grandson loved the pools

It was close to everything but far enough off the main strip that there wasn’t a lot of noise. Room was clean. We only stayed one night and basically only at the hotel long enough to sleep so aside from the room itself I’m not what the pool or other amenities were like.
