The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. We had gone to the wrong Baymont hotel by accident and the front desk person called to help us get to the right location. Also, in the morning we got up a little bit late and the person who was helping run the breakfast she let us come in and get what we wanted to go. She was very nice.

The room was clean, a good size for the price for me and my hubby. The indoor pool was a great size. The hot breakfast was always great! The lady doing breakfast was so kind and always had a conversation with the both of us! And the front desk staff was friendly at both check in and check out! We didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor pool due to it always being busy but that’s okay! That’s how you know it’s good!

Room dated but clean and everything worked. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Breakfast was above and beyond expectations. Kimberly kept on top of cleaning the dining area and replenishing the food. Thank you.

The room was located conveniently between the national park and the attractions in town. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful when we had questions. The price was also good for a quick stay, and I would definitely visit again.

One staff member in particular was Kimberly who was over the breakfast area. She was super friendly and helpful! This world would be a better place if more people were like her. She would greet you when you came in and offered to help with anything you needed. I have never seen anyone more joyful and pleasant to be around. This world definitely needs more people like Kimberly.
