First time stay here. The property was very clean. Older hotel but clean and quiet! The property over looks the Island and in a great location

The kids liked the pool

Location was convenient to everything

I only have 2 complaints. First it was supposed to be handicapped accessible. It had a Walk in shower which was nice but when you got in there was no bars to hold on to and the shower floor was very slick.. accident waiting to happen. The next thing is the gentleman who was working front desk was extremely rude. Even told me if I couldn't learn to drive scooter better he didn't want to see it on the property again. Finally just a comment. It had seven floors and six parking places.REALLY!! Rooms were huge staff straightforward every to alot of stuff. Would stay again

No bathroom sealing exhaust fan drawers missing molding around drawers missing cracked mirror a fresh coat of paint would help ice maker 5 floor didn’t work

This motel was awful. Our room needed a lot of attention. My feet got black walking from the bathroom to the chair beside the window. Our window did not fit properly and therefore we could hear the outside noise. The microwave did not work. The beds did seem to be clean. Even though it was very accessible to the Rod Run vehicles, we will not be staying here again.

Good location to attractions

We had no complaints. Shops, restaurants and entertainment very close/walking distance. Nice staff

Location was only good thing. Pictures were not what we got. Asked to change rooms because “2-bedroom suite” was so small and back room at no air conditioning so too hot! Especially being 95°+. Was accommodating to move to a 2-Queen bed room but then over paid. Bathroom door didn’t close, trim coming off the wall and hair dryer didn’t work. Cheap first night so worth what you pay but not 2nd night

Arrived at 2am. Lobby is closed at nights. Hotel said try to call me, but I didn't get call. Had to find another hotel. Also had a room reserved for tonight. Went there & the elevator is broken. said would be fixed at 3. Went back & still broke .

If I could rate it as a 0 I would. We checked in and within 5 min of being in the first room we requested a different room. The outlets did not work and there were roaches. The 2nd room there was a musty smell and more roaches coming from the baseboards. Absolutely disgusting. Do not stay there. I requested a refund and was denied even though I paid for a clean room

The hotel was nasty. The place smelled like urine. The air conditioners didnt work. The ceiling has fell down and it was all over the bed. We were put in 3 different rooms and they were all bad. We didnt even stay there one night. I will not be renting through booking anymore because it's too hard to get a refund. I should not have to pay for a place because of the motel being run down. There was several that left while we were there because it was so bad.

It was right in downtown town pigeon forge and was walking distance to the island Weve stayed at the property about 5 times now and we will stay again. Its comfortable, clean, most of the staff is friendly. We enjoyed the late pool hours but wish the pool was bigger. The guys working day shift and house keeping were very friendly and helpful, the lady working at night wasnt helpful for extra towels
