This was the worse room we ever stayed in! It was filthy! We didn’t even want to sit on the furniture. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here! It was a bed to sleep for the night and we could hardly do that!
-
The room was questionable there was a smell for sure. room 401 there was a 2-3 inch gap at the bottom of the door. There was dirt grime along the baseboards. The elevator smelled horrid. Air conditioner did work but didn't stay cold due to the gap in the door. The ceiling were stained to crap.

We stayed in 601 it was clean and we loved it but the bed was hard, but all beds are not the same. Stayed 2 nights and there was no loud noises or nothing. I recommended this hotel to any one.

All reviews are true. Spacious rooms great a/c but vents needed to be cleaned. Bed and bath linens appeared to be clean. Floors dirty all around, ceiling and ceiling fans dusty bathroom very small no turn around room, toilet seat very loose, found a round hole in wall facing toilet, ceiling tiles loose enough to see through. Bedside tables need cleaning. Everywhere you look stains and rust. Elevator button numbers flickered call

Do not believe the 6.2 out of 10 rating. Should be more like 2.6 out of 10. Floors and bathroom were filthy. Lights were broken. Looked through the bed sheets and found food crumbs along with a clothes hanger. Thankfully the stay was for only a single night. Spend the extra money and book somewhere better.

The beds was nice. The ceiling was dusty and the vent in the bathroom needs dusted the back bedroom stayed warm even with the fan.

This is one of our go to hotels, the price is decent and overall we enjoy the location a lot. The only downside was the air vent in the bathroom was absolutely covered in dust, the shampoo and bodywash was completely empty in the showers, and the ac sounded rough. The in room jacuzzi smelt of bleach really bad so we ran it a lot switching out the water before using it. We still enjoyed our stay all in all.

The lady at the front showed us the room was not suitable for my aunt with health issues nor my son smelled horrible was not suiteable and the lady said she understood and would not be charged and pacifically said to me no worries she understood my card would not be charged and it would be canceled. Spoke to Expedia. They canceled as well. Spoke to the property and said the card would not be charged. They have charged me $242 for a room that was unacceptable that we were not able to stay and now she’s trying to say we were smoking outside that’s un irrelevant and has nothing to do with the conditions of the room inside the hotel pictures are definitely deceiving. I’m gonna take further actions if the 242 is not refunded to my card the lady at the desk assured me not to worry the card was not charged. It wouldn’t be charged.

worked good. Parking was very bad.

The beds The floors were dirty and the tvs dis not work
-
Nothing. We had to find a new place to stay at 10pm. Cleanliness was awful!!
-
Everything was really nice. The only thing I didnt like was the hotel staff just opening the door and walking right in on my wife and I. They did it 5 times in a row. And there was brown splatter on the walls and dust on the ceiling around the fan.

The beds were nasty, there was wet sheets and hair all over the sheets.the furniture was missing doors and it was rotten on the lower shelves. They had metal boxes holding the furniture up. It was an absolute nasty room. The clerk knew of it and offered another room ,but what we seen it was a definite no. I went down and said we would not be staying there and the clerk or owner had no remorse on when I asked him for a refund . And now booking .com is trying but unknown if anything will happen. We don’t care if we lost 200.00 dollars ,we was not staying there. The staff did not care. When trying to get a refund the clerk said contact booking.com ,but we did that and they said contact the property owner. They never answered and problem rented my room out. Do. Or stay here if you value your cleanness . Still trying to get my money back. I never had this issue with Expedia . Location was great! We were in walking distance to many little shops and The Island. We loved the smaller indoor pool since our babies can’t swim but love to play in the water. The rooms didn’t look the way they were advertised on here. The pictures didn’t match at all. The bathroom had rust and the pipes under the sink had a smell to them. The plug for the tv in the middle room didn’t work and we had to run to Walmart to buy an extension cord.
-
Where it was located Was not well maintained. Toilet was loose it rocked back and forth. Then toilet stopped instead coming and fixing it they handed me a plunger. We had a jacuzzi and it was dirty
-
The staff The Wi-Fi was very spotty, the shower facilities was lacking everything
-
Only it was beside the island The pool area was nasty and smell.. The room was outdated the tv had no remote smelled the wall panels were falling off .. the noise outside in middle night of people fighting . Nowhere to park we left soon as daylight hit and got another room down the street to a way way much nicer place
