The location at the Island was very nice. Parking is a distance when you park your own and no valet.

When we originally booked our stay, my wife and I had a few reservations. With a name like “Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville,” we wondered if it might have more of a party atmosphere. We don’t party or drink, and after 40 years of marriage and 35 years of pastoring, we were really just looking for a comfortable place where we could relax, enjoy a few days away, and be close enough to everything that we could simply walk around and enjoy Pigeon Forge. What we found completely exceeded our expectations. There was absolutely no overwhelming “party vibe” at all. Instead, it was a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere with plenty of people much like us who were simply there to enjoy a getaway. What impressed us most, though, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone—from the parking attendants to the front desk staff and restaurant employees—was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You never felt like you were bothering anyone or putting them out. They genuinely seemed happy to help. It was the little things that really stood out. We wanted to do some laundry, and they provided us with laundry detergent. We enjoy our coffee, and there were all the K-cups we could possibly need. Every request was met with kindness and a desire to make our stay enjoyable. The location is also fantastic. You’re right there near restaurants

Very nice place to stay. Even though check in was 4 they went ahead and let us check in at 2:30 since room was available. Staff was good. Valet parking went very smooth

The place was nice but all the add ons at the final billing was outrageous !!! Expedia said we would get a complimentary breakfast and when we checked in at the head desk they said no !!! That cost me some more money .

Great location on The Island. Spacious room, nice deck overlooking a spring. Great happy hour on the rooftop with pool and looking down at the fountain area. We had a blast!
