Construction was ongoing at 2 pm in the afternoon. Jackhammering out a fireplace...I was told that updates were being made, which was expected between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 pm. What?? Housekeeping came into the room with no sign on the door to come in and clean. This was a vacation that included Aggravation.

Room and staff were great .My request were exactly what I wanted. I didn't like the pigeon flying around popping all over my car. Feeding birds shouldn't be allowed.

Absolutely stunning stay. Loved everything about this place and would stay again and again. Room was lovely. Atmosphere beyond compare. So quiet. So comfortable. I didn’t want to leave!

Everything is great at this hotel. Walking distance to island and three bears. Everything is nice and clean. The staff is always there for you. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We almost always stay at Arbors because of their great rates, clean rooms, and its convenient location. The rooms are all modern and updated. It's nice having access to an elevator. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Bonus... eating every morning at the Reagan Pancake House across the street where you get either free pancakes or a discount on the breakfast buffet for staying at Arbors.

Rooms updated. Free coffee, tea, Krispy Kreme doughnuts and fruit in lobby. Nice fire pit with complementary S’mores kits. Only rain shower in the room, no regular shower head. Shower slow to drain. Need more electrical outlets in room. Cleaning staff came to room late in the afternoon.

Breakfast was at restaurant across the street, 4 lane highway so not easy to access. the room was very clean, the lobby appearance is poor. Says it is at island, but island at pidgeon forge not really walking distance location was not what expected
