We absolutely loved our stay. The room was clean. They had ice, water, slushies, coffe, doughnuts, fruits. Beakfast was great. We loved everything. We are definetely thinking on going back to Tennessee and we are surely staying at this hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Housekeeping was sporadic at best. They changed our sheets one time in five days. Towels were difficult to get without calling front desk. I feel they needed more help for the size of the property. We cut our visit short by one day.

Great stay at The Arbors in Pigeon Forge! Clean hotel, and the location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. Free breakfast (pancakes & coffee) is across the street, or you can upgrade to the buffet for $6. They also have free donuts, fruit, coffee, lemonade, and sweet tea available all day, which was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi was good and parking was plentiful. Only downside: there's just one elevator for the whole hotel, so it's slow — we ended up taking the stairs to our room on the 5th floor. Still, a good experience overall for our family of 4. Would stay again

The hotel was very clean and for an older hotel you can tell they take a lot of pride in their property. The landscaping was beautiful and the room was very clean. We did find that the pool was quite small and as such, very crowded most days. I also did not care for the shower. It was almost like it was missing a door (though I think it was intended to be that way). My family enjoyed the breakfast at Reagan’s House of Pancakes (the free pancake breakfast was by far the best choice). My kids also liked the free donuts, slushes, and s’mores available. I liked the proximity to everything - especially The Island. We would probably stay here again.

Staff was great and very informative.

The beds were comfy, staff friendly and location fantastic! We would likely stay here again :)

The pool area was nice as well as the rocking chair areas on the balcony. Our only complaint was that they allowed smoking in the common areas of the balcony. We had to walk past smokers to get to the elevator. If you have allergies or asthma, this would probably be a deterrent. The staff was super friendly as well as the maintenance workers We would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. We stayed in the Jr. Suite and it was wonderful ! We had so much room and everything was so nice and clean. The location is perfect. We will be staying again next time we visit !

The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property was dated with bedding/room decor and no usb plugs for cell phones (which most lamps in hotel rooms have), but rooms were clean and spacious. We did not get time to use the pool facilities but seemed to be a beautiful area. Breakfast was not offered onsite but rather directly across the road. The free breakfast is 3 delicious pancakes with coffee/tea or you can enjoy the buffet which offers EVERYTHING for $5.99/person. Overall very nice hotel for the price we paid.

Would happily stay at Arbors again! Staff was great, the little perks like the slushies were amazing on the hot days we stayed, and it was so convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge.

wonderful place to stay right in the middle of the action yet when you enter the property ,you feel like its an oasis !! We will go again!

This was a great place to stay! Affordable with tons of perks, and the people working were the bomb. Loved the music nightly in the courtyard. Free doughnuts, coffee, and goodies! Would 100% stay here again. Only downside was that the walls are a bit thin and it could be noisy with neighbors.

No power outlet for a hair dryer at the sink. Roku tv was terrible, could not even watch a USA soccer match.

It was fine......was not the Four Seasons but it was perfectly fine for Pigeons Forge. Location was good......Pigeons Forge is less tourist-crazy as compared to Gatlinburg......yet still 15 min drive away. Pool was decent-sized and even had a hot tub. Staff was very helpful.

Very nice place

Poor water pressure! Bed was not the best. No working ice machine on our floor.
