Bed was comfortable. Front desk clerk was friendly. Furniture very scratched up. Elevator was dirty and slow. Lobby not up to date. Limited parking.

I usually bring my own comforter to hotels because the usually feel like sandpaper or weighed blankets but I left my comforter in the car because theirs were so soft and comfy . Our TV didn’t work and after a call , in 5 minutes they came and replaced the tv . They give you a voucher for a full buffet breakfast across the street at Reagan’s Pancake House for 5.99 . The AC worked great , it was so hot outside, it felt great to come into a cool room. The only elevator is slow , with 5 floors and a lot of people, you’re better off on a lower floor if you’re able to do steps . We were on 2nd floor, we only used the elevator one time , when we first got there to take a cart upstairs. The grounds are nice with lots of trees and flowers and cement decorative statues.

Heated outdoor pool is open year round. Love the beautiful gardens. Going to Regans for breakfast is a highlight!

The location is great and it a a very good value. We didn't take the opportunity to have breakfast across the street, but heard that was good also.

Incredibly misleading most like all other non no -chains. To their credit, the property is well maintained and the rooms are relatively clean. The pool is very small for the size of the property. They advertise Mountain View’s in some of the rooms and there is, the problem is the only way to see them is to open your blinds. The windows are gigantic, taking up almost a full wall. Normally that would be a good thing but there is no window tint or privacy shades. You have to now pull up the shades and expose your entire room, and I mean entire room, to people walking by. The windows are only about 3 feet off the ground so people walking by naturally look in. The lighting in the rooms are track light lighting and lights the rooms up like a football stadium, somebody didn’t think it through. The property is five or six stories high with concrete outdoor steps to get to each floor. One set of steps on each side of the building. Of course you can take the one and only elevator that is positioned in the middle of the property. Problem is the elevator is tiny and incredibly slow not to mention your sharing it with 3, 4, or 5 other floors of people. The property is nice, well maintained, but old and really inconvenient. Parking is compared to sardines in a can. The odor of marijuana is overwhelming outside and even our room smelled like it. Rates are low, but you get what you pay for. Lesson learned for me!

Yes, there really are donuts, fruit, coffee, lemonade, cold water, and icees available all the time! The only negative thing I can say is that even though the rooms are nonsmoking there are ashtrays outside of every room so almost every time I walked to my room there was a person outside their room smoking. We would not have minded if we had balconies (which we thought we had) but this was right outside the rooms like a cute little porch smoking area. As for the coupons for the pancake house across the street… I asked exactly the free breakfast was but was never really told if it was one pancake or more even though I asked the waitress at the restaurant twice. We just upgraded to the small buffet, which was fine but literally added $12 plus tip to the free one. No big deal, we ate there once then enjoyed the donuts in the morning instead. If you are going go early! By eight there was a wait. We would stay there again.

Exceptional

1. The room tv was unsatisfactory. There was no channel guide and the only way to find a desired channel or network was to go through all of the channels and hope to stumble on the one you wanted. We could not find a college football game that we wanted which was televised on a prominent network and kept up with the score only by wi fi and internet. The staff was unable to help with this problem. 2. Our room was on the 5th floor and the motel was on the "main strip" in Pigeon Forge TN. The traffic noise bothered us all night, hindering sleep.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect for our trip to Pigeon Forge—close to everything we wanted to do while still being a great place to relax. The staff was friendly, and overall, we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge!

We enjoyed our stay. I loved the donuts coffee and slushies that were always available at the lobby. The view was amazing from our room. We had the mountain view. Beds were comfy and it was decorated nice. We were greeted with a cute elephant towel setup and hershey kisses. All the staff was so nice. Our only complaints were the toilet ran at all times and my husband had to fix it lol The sink had trouble draining. We could hear all the traffic until about 2 am and Saturday morning the trash truck came at 4 am and very loudly emptied the dumpsters waking me up out of a dead sleep with all the loud banging. The pool and hot tub were great and the firepit was a very nice touch with the live singer. Overall we did really enjoy and would stay again despite the few tiny things. Oh breakfast was ok but we didn’t love having to play frogger to get across the street for it. Wish it was on the same side as the hotel.
