The room was very clean. The updated walk in shower was very nice. They provided a tiny coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge,iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Air worked great! Staff was helpful. Your free breakfast was the pancake house next door, you get a stack of pancakes and beverage for free or upgrade to $6 for all you can eat buffet breakfast. There was a pool but with the rain, we didn't use it. it was clean though.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect — close to everything — and the price for a full week was great. I didn’t have any problems at all. I especially loved the little patio on the back side of the room. The only thing missing was spotting a bear out there, lol. Overall, I’d definitely come back to this place.

Not the newest property in the area but it was fantastic. Friendly staff, working pool, great rates, and no one bothers you. Close to everything. I would do it again.

Everything was ok and they gave out a free pancake breakfast coupon for next door but myself and kids chose the buffet

The carpets could use a good cleaning, otherwise the hotel was very nice. Our second stay. We will be back next summer.

The location nearly the only good part. Everything else on the site was very misleading and disappointing. Starting with check in, I was told that although I had paid online and this wasn’t mentioned in the listing, I would have to either put down a $100 deposit or a $10 deposit with no other info other than I had to. Obviously, I chose the latter. When I checked out, I was told that the $10 was simply “non refundable, have a nice day,” despite no damages to the room nor anyone even checking the room. Anywhere else I have ever stayed, you get your deposit back. If not, this should be clearly stated or explained instead of nickel and dime-ing guests. Thank goodness I didn’t leave the $100 deposit. Secondly, there is no parking garage. Although it’s listed and photographed, I was told there wasn’t one. This was a big selling point as we felt safer leaving our vehicle in a garage to ride the trolley for long periods. I did not see laundry that was also advertised as Another false advertisement was the free breakfast. There is none on site, only coupons for a free pancake and drink at the neighboring pancake house which sounds great except the line was out the door both mornings we tried redeeming and couldn’t be redeemed past 9:30 am despite the line hindering time. It also couldn’t be taken to-go. Another selling point meant to save time but ended up losing us time. No clear time frame on the pool closing: 11:30pm the first night and a rude employee yelling at kids that it closed at 10:30 the next night. The towels I used to clean up water from the pool were black from the floors which initially looked clean but clearly hadn’t been mopped in some time. Towels had to be brought to front desk to replace instead of being brought by housekeeping along with housekeeping never checked our room during our stay. The bathtub did not drain correctly and we stood in inches of water at the end of showers. The shower head and water pressure was horrendous. Lastly, THE BEDS. I truly have never slept on a more uncomfortable bed in my life, accompanied with stained top covers.

It was right across from the island and other attractions

The locations was close to the island and many attractions. The carpeting on the ramp and steps were covered with hair (pet and animal). The rooms appeared clean but when we opened the sofa bed the mattress sheet was dirty and had spots on it like it hadn’t been changed since the last person was there. We had to request a set of clean bedding for it, they forgot and we had to call them around 9pm and let them know we couldn’t make the bed still because we were waiting on the bedding. The shower has been remodeled recently as it looks newer but the tile was filthy on the part where you stand. Like it hasn’t been cleaned at all and there was slimy pink stuff in the corners and on the edge. It was not sanitary at all. The housekeeping isn’t top notch at all. The bedding looked clean but smelled funny when we laid down. So we didn’t pull the covers up on us because we didn’t want a dirty blanket on us. The bedding for the sofa bed looked at it had been used or just poorly laundered. There were long hairs and curly hair that looked like pubic hairs all over the blanket and pet hair and fuzz on the sheets and pillow case. We had to turn the pillow case inside out to use it and put a blanket over it before using it. Our daughter used her own blanket for the bed. Thankfully we were only there one night or we would have went somewhere else.

Turn down one of the bedsheets and found human hair and a bug crawling around took a picture went down to the main office showed them the picture and a Indian woman said that I did not take it there picture that it wasn’t from there and I said it was,so basically called me a liar and I said it was most certainly and you can go look I asked for another room that cost me $15 more and eventually just left a half hour later and discussed filthy outside just very low quality.

This place was great! The pool was nice and the rooms were very clean and spacious.

Our door got stuck locked and we were locked out. Husband had to make two trips to office to get help and the guy never stopped talking on his cell phone. Again the mattresses need replacing.

spacious rooms. comfy beds and pillows. does not have continental breakfast you have to actually go next door for stack of pancakes but can add on buffet for 6 dollars. we just ate donuts since we had a service animal. reasonable rates.

Room was Clean and quiet, Staff Very Nice and the Breakfast was Top Shelf!!! Been here past two months and Will be back at Christmas Time!! Might be Sooner!!!

Room smelled and looked very very clean! Pool was amazing! Breakfast was the best provided breakfast a hotel has even given!! I can’t wait to visit again!

Elevator made a drop feeling everytime entering. Made me nervous. Outback of the building didnt look appealing and I walked my dog many times there. The balcony had chips out of the tile flooring. Behind desk in room was filthy, not cleaned before we entered the room. All else seemed good and fine.

The only positives about this place are the convenient location and the free breakfast offered next door. Unfortunately, the traffic noise throughout the night was so bad that we had to go out and buy headphones just to get some sleep. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and constant noise made our stay very disappointing.

Staff is excellent and very helpful. Close enough to walk to restaurants and tourists locations. The breakfast is YUMMY at the restaurant the hotel has right beside of it the hotel pays for a stack of pancakes and a drink or you can upgrade at the restaurant for $6.00….TOTALLY worth it.
