Clean, did see a baby roach in the bathroom. It was the only one we seen.

Nice room, nice location. Fair price
-
Pool was good and breakfast next door was good.
-
Very pathetic and old room and unhelpful and rude staff.insects chirping in restroom all night and we couldn’t sleep.Insects and mites roaming in room

The room was okay, but the pull out couch mattress was soaked in pee. When I reported this to the desk clerk, he said "we can't replace that." Room service did not clean at all during our 5 day stay. The beds were rock hard and awful. The pool was very nice, and the laundry room worked well (although no laundry detergent was available). The location was ideal, in the middle of the town, and the price was good. But overall I would not return.

The beds, bathrooms, and rooms were filthy and disgusting. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely never come back.

The hotel is clean but need renovations.

When we checked in I noticed the door going out to the balcony did not lock.the bokt lock just spun and did not engaged. Neither tv in the room worked properly. After coming back to room after dinner and getting ready for bed, we discovered bed bugs in the mattress cover. I called the front desk and informed them I was checking out because of the bed bugs and asked them for a refund. They told me I would not get a refund and all they could do was move me to a different room. When I told them I didn't want to risk another room that might also have bed bugs they. They informed me that had already checked into the room a few hours ago and should have noticed them earlier. I have tried dealing with the manager of the hotel several times since and they will not cooperate.

Fix the light fixtures. There’s no excuses for broken / flickering bulbs. Provide more towels in jacuzzi rooms. TRAIN YOUR LACKLUSTER STAFF TO LET GUESTS USE THE ELEVATOR FIRST! Absolutely RUDE to have multiple male staff crowding the only elevator, esp when women & small children are waiting.

Breakfast is always great Reagans!

Parking is a bit tricky.

The pool tore the kids feet up but that reminds me of what I experienced at places similar when I was kid

The pictures are not real or very deceiving. We stayed two nights. At check in they make you sign a bunch of stuff. Including no early check out, this is the first red flag. 2nd is the disgusting exterior of the building. We were on the 2nd floor. Elevator was horrible, other than that stairs were your option. This building is very old. The beds were horrible. There was some sort of leak in the bathroom, walls are paper thin. When we came back from Dollywood on Saturday June 27th, there were guys hanging out their room drinking beer and other stuff not family friendly at all. I just booked a second booking and took a $340 loss to me not to have to stay there. The best part is the breakfast coupon you get for the restaurant next door. They are very busy, but the food was good. For $6 you can upgrade you 3 pancakes to their breakfast buffet. I never ever stay here again. And for the grand finale, they charge your card $100 dollars but only give you back $95. We are staying at the Hilton Garden in July which is just a bit more, but I have never been happier.

They are NOT pet friendly as advertised. My husband has a Service dog, showed the documents & they said there is a $250.00 fine if pet hair is in the bed. Well, he sleeps with him, so yes, there is gonna be hair in the bed. Bed sheets were stained before we even got in them. No room service available, had to take towels to front desk for exchange. Do Not Recommend. I wasn't sent the "restrictions" until AFTER I had already paid in full, with the extra fee for emergencies and they don't accept that either. No Refund available.

They did not clean or bring towels to the room day 2. My husband had to go get clean towels and empty our own garbage. 3rd day a lady showed up late and brought towels and emptied garbage. Room was very outdated. We had to go to the office for toilet paper too.
