It's a little pricey.also the slides weren't open outside the first day and then the second day they opened at 11. That was disappointing.staff was very nice,loved the room.

This is perfect spot if you have kids from indoor/outdoor water park to hourly activities for kids you literally never need to leave resort. Janiel, in Candi’s bakery is so great with kids and Jennifer at the outpost was amazing as well and DJ and Gabby at front desk the entire staff is amazing. Jose in the restaurant made the best pizza and garlic wings I have ever had!!!! Love this place can’t say enough about it!!

Our experience was not good. The room had a strong musty smell, and the blankets smelled dirty. My daughter didn’t even want to sleep in the bed because she said it smelled like someone else. The sofa bed mattress was in very poor condition. You could feel the springs, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. We were also placed in the annex building, so we had to walk approximately 250 feet just to get to the pool. The water was completely cold, which made it difficult to enjoy the pool at all. They also do not allow water shoes in the pool area. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, and based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel.

Only we get breakfast pass for 5 day but kitchen was closed on moundy and Tuesday the refnand our 2 day breakfast on hotel stores Volchir

The hotel was nice and clean and very family friendly. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Check in was easy. I loved the bear decorations. We came as a couple so we did not use a lot of the extra's but if we had brought our grandchildren they would have loved it. It is located in a good place also.

Great experience with tons of fun things to do with out having to leave the property. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were very clean!

Just stayed there this past weekend and it was perfect for me, my daughter and her two kids. Check-in was easy(on line), room was clear and beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the water park, arcade and the candy store. We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants in the resort but the candy store had the best caramel apple!! We will definitely plan to return. The only thing I can think of that would have made our visit better is if there was a microwave in the room.

Room I booked was called the honeymoon suite. It was a regular room with a soaker tub in the room. This hotel is not geared for couples without kids. For families with children this hotel is probably great. Only issue was being woke up in middle of night twice by roach in room.
