Overall my kids always have a very fun time here. It’s very family oriented. The staff are always kind and welcoming. The pools here are always amazing from inside and outside. My only complaint would be I wish they vacuumed a bit better/dusted a bit better. I have allergies and always end up with a stuffy nose or having to take sinus medicine for it. Other then that no complaints whatsoever. Love how kid friendly this place is and my kiddos have demanded this place for now on everytime we go on vacation lol

This is a bonus with water park , very reasonable price. The front desk staff was very helpful, automatically updated our room . However first time the room wasn’t cleaned , 2nd room was as noisy. The only uncomfortable experience is the room clean staff , who only changed garbage bin and exchanged towel.

This was great for the money. I think it’s important to note that you get what you pay for and the amenities were absolutely worth it. My only complaint was the odd time slots for the slides, and that there is NO housekeeping besides providing clean towels. We traveled with a small child and had to take out our own trash due to diapers. The service in the restaurant was 1/10. The room was mostly clean but did have some buildup/dirt around the windows. Overall I think it was a great budget resort.

Our family has stayed at Cascades the last two summers (3 nights each time). We had a fantastic stay each time. This resort is in a central, prime location. The pools, waterslides, and splash pad are perfect for our family (teenager and toddler) to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The activities for kids are fun and timed perfectly throughout the day. There is food, snacks, and treats for all of us to enjoy.

It wasn't the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Our room had a cigarette smell. Came with my 5 grandkids. Probably won't stay there again.

Super family-friendly spot! Extremely convenient to several tourist attractions including Dollywood. Comfortable room, quiet. Lots and lots and lots of young children!

It was a great trip, we loved the waterpark! Our only complaint was the lack of staff in the ice cream/scoops area. There was a wonderful lady who was working both the scoops/ice cream and the bar… but she was overwhelmed with customers and needed help. We had to wait a long time. So if they would get some help there it would be a 10/10!

Loved how they had free activities throughout each day for the kids to stay busy. Honestly, didn’t have to go anywhere if we didn’t want to. There was always something to do.
