The shower was nice. The beds were medium comfort. They were true queens so that was nice.

Our 2nd year in a row stay here and we had a better time than we did last year!

Open the outside pool and splash pad on Monday and Tuesday

Our room was nice but had several things that needed fixed. Needs updated. I rented a cabana but nobody could find my reservation and would not help me get a refund. They need more staff running the gift shop and mine geming area. Plus rentals are done there too. Slides were not available much either

Everything was perfect

Loved the family friendly environment.

Nice rooms! We loved both of the pools and slides. The washer and dryer were $2 a start. I put in almost 3 dollars worth of quarters and they got stuck and never removed them for me. I have to download the app and this amount of money I could add was $10. When the washer was done, my clothes were soaking wet. I put them in the dryer for three cycles and they still were wet and they were stinky. I don’t remake recommend using their washer or dryer at all.

Very nice. The one thing that bugged me is you don’t have coffee machines in the rooms. You have to go downstairs and buy each cup. The price you pay that should be furnished like most other hotels. As you might guess I drink a fair amount of coffee. lol

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The availability to swim whether rain or shine was amazing. The coffee bar was so tasty and it is right in the hotel is very convenient. All the food was good in the hotel. Gorgeous views of the mountains from mountains side balcony. Wonder location to be able to walk to local attractions. The family had such a wonderful time there.

The activities scheduled throughout the day are more for younger children, and all the kids seemed to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. We stayed for 3 nights and had no issues. Last statement, which may be odd, but their elevators were the smoothest I ever been on. My wife doesn’t like elevators and prefers to take stairs, but we stayed on the 7th floor. Didn’t even feel like it moved much 😂

Everything was awesome was a pleasant

The location was great and easy to get to everything. The room was outdated and had a musty odor, reminiscent of dampness and previous flooding. The additional charges for food and beverages on the property were not proportionate to the value received and did not offset the out-of-pocket expenses incurred. ($75 package bought prior to check in) They had several drunk people walking around “family” hotel which was uncomfortable considering it is supposed to be safe place children can play and enjoy and parents can enjoy themselves. We have stayed here a few times before and not had this problem until this time.

I loved the location Nothing

There was always something to do for the kids and somewhere to relax for the adults. Highly recommend!

It was great we had 2 of our granddaughters age 8 and they loved the pools. It was large enough for them to play and we could still keep an eye on them as well. We didn’t like the breakfast. We only ate there one morning.

We completed the express check in only to have a rude cashier tell us at arrival that we were not on the express check in list but did not help explain why the express check in hadn't worked. The main check in desk was not marked well. I'm still not sure why the express check in didn't work out since I had finished this online the day before. The most disappointing part was that we booked the trip for the outdoor water slides which we were informed after we checked in were not running any of the days of our stay. The customer service was terrible, as I asked for a credit since the slides were not running. They did not offer a credit and we will not be returning to this hotel. Very disappointing for my family The hotel overall was not clean and smelled very musty.

The property definitely catered to children. The grandkids had a good time. From an adult standpoint, many things were very overpriced. The water slide schedule was ridiculous. Half or more of the indoor slides were closed at any one time except for a short period in the late afternoon. The indoor pool was very cold. The clientele seemed a bit sketchy for a family hotel. Our room reeked of pot smoke for two of our 5-night stay. The location is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The staff were nice and very helpful.
