The Wayback, Pigeon Forge, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Only negative was you were able to hear everytime someone opened and close their front door.

Really fun concept, a little worse for the wear. This is definitely a family hotel so there will be a lot of kids running around. The room itself was very clean, a little tight space wise, but darling. The outer walkways and stairs could use a freshen up and parking on a busy holiday weekend is quite tight. The pool was a big bonus for such a heat wave, but again, lots of loud, unattended kids, and it may be a bit understaffed as it was WRECKED with food and drink debris and completely out of towels when we arrived. But the front desk staff is quick to respond and their houseman was working his tail off and quite nice.

Wish had more drawer space and closet to put our clothes. No microwave. Staff and pool were awesome!

We were very disappointed that they no longer offer a free breakfast and a free welcome drink at check in, however we found out it is offered to some guests? We've stayed at this property 5 times and have loved it, we still have one more stay here already booked however it will be our last time. We have two more upcoming trips to the area and will be staying elsewhere.

Location Parking

The room was clean and the shower was huge! It was a nice place to stay. Good location in town.

The location next to area attractions The fact you had to walk a terrible long way to get to pool or lobby !

The location is good. The floors were dirty and the parking lot is very small. The balcony walkway needs to be wider. We told management about the dirty floor and they came and mopped it the next day with a dirty mop

The property was terrible the floors was dirty deep clean did not fix the problem the people cleaning the rooms was scared of my service dog in the hallway asked me to let them get in a room before we could pass The floor was dirty my kids legs and feet was black same as mine and my husband feet. Would not stay again the deep clean didn’t fix it

Comfortable room. Very limited breakfast menu, over priced as well.

It’s was so cute. The rooms and atmosphere of the through back to 60’s and 70’s was the best

The room’s decor is cute. The room was clean. The location is convenient. Parking is a hassle if you arrive close to dark. Our room was between the office and the pool on the first floor and the base of the music late was a bit bothersome, but if you sleep with a sound machine, you probably wouldn’t notice it.

Location Parking

The vibe is awesome and positive. It's laid back. The staff is amazing. The ambassador Loreli was welcoming and kind. My husband is a veteran and was treated with honor and respect. There were no dislikes at this time.

Would’ve enjoyed it more if our room wasn’t in the Wayback by the dumpster

I liked the nostalgia of the decor. Kitsch is my favorite

Parking is horrible! Not enough spaces had to park in other companies lots at night.

Great location. Decent rooms. It an old property refurbished. All outside door entrance Paid extra for breakfast option. I think that is way overpriced. Basic breakfast eggs, bacon,potatoes, toast juice for two $34 is high in my opinion

FYI, I've maker is on the 1st (down at the moment) and 3rd floor. I had to ask to find it, but everything was great!
