Gluten Free meals were exceptional! Rog and I stayed here for our anniversary and were greeted with Champagne and the kindest staff! Chef Jose was amazing and catered to us as I'm Celiac. He made sure EVERYTHING was gluten free. For the first time in years while on vacation I didn't get glutened! We can't wait to get back and bring our family! God Bless to all! Not sure if I'm spelling correctly but.... Sherona from Jamaica... your fresh farm eggs will be there soon! There wasn't one reason to complain about anything!!

The room was mostly clean, but there were definitely areas that could have been better. More concerning was the overall condition of the property. The hallways and stairwells were dirty, including a Q-tip that remained on our stairwell landing for our entire stay. There was also obvious water damage that had not been repaired. These things might be easier to overlook at a budget property, but they are not what I would expect from a hotel marketed as four-star. The customer service was equally disappointing. The front desk staff were less than helpful when we had an issue with our booking, and when we asked for suggestions for things to do in the area, they seemed uninterested in taking the time to help us. For the amount we paid for a two-night stay, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness, maintenance, and service. After staying in numerous hotels over the previous three weeks, this was unfortunately the one that stood out for all the wrong reasons.

Location, Security, non smoking in all hotel. Breakfast and evening small bites were very decent. A great stay.

Near to about everything Price of drinks at pool, one 12oz beer plus glass of wine over $20. Signs saying no outside drinks allowed.

Fantastic location! Can walk to the island and many other activities near by. The staff were fantastic. Very welcoming and helpful, from front check in to cleaning service, everyone was great. Pool atmosphere was fun and energetic for those hot afternoons when you needed a break from the heat.

Nothing was good We checked in late very tired walked in room and infested with bed bugs! We notified hotel clerk, Michelle, and she took one look and verified bed bugs and told us to get out now, she didn't even want to be in there! She offered us another room or full refund, of course, we took full refund! We had two rooms both infested with bugs! The next day, the front desk supervisor denied everything, including only a partial refund even though we didn't use either room! We ended up sleeping in the car that night and drove all the way home early that morning! Horrible place! Hateful front desk supervisor!

The beds were so comfortable I was disappointed that when I booked the room I selected a pet friendly room but when I got there I was charged an extra 109.75 because they said it didn't come thru on there end that I was bringing a pet

Excellent stay. Staff so helpful. We stayed in the junior suite - the bed was so nice comfortable and clean. Near great places to eat. Didn’t eat at the hotel, next time definitely will. Pool looked lovely. The fridge actually worked, which I’ve not found in many hotels that would keep things cold. Oh the shower was huge both hand held and shower head- I cinder that a Blessing. It’s just somewhere ya really want to stay.
