Location, breakfast All the facilities need a lot of work. The water in the lazy river was very cloudy. The paint on the inside pool was peeling off very bad.

Nothings It was so rundown and dirty that we left 2 days early. And in the room it said breakfast was tell 930 and they stop at 900

The filthiest hotel I’ve ever been in. The front desk and hallway areas were very run down, falling apart, and dirty. There was a printed paper claiming they were “doing renovations” ??? In my opinion, that was just an excuse for the property being so gross and rundown, there were no other signs of construction or renovations going on. The toilet was disgusting, the shower/bath had mysterious particles on the floor, hair stuck to the wall, obviously hadn’t been cleaned. The light fixture in the bathroom was busted out. The floor was dirty, had a giant stain in the middle, had not been swept. The furniture was literally falling apart. It reeked of smoke and febreeze so bad, I got a headache within the first 5 minutes being in there. The phone wasn’t even plugged in or in working condition, the cord was cut?? We got in so late we didn’t have a choice but to sleep there the first night. However, we immediately left the next morning and paid additionally for different accommodations. When I tried to call the front desk to let them know we would not be returning, nobody answered the phone. The pictures on their listing/advertisements were very deceiving. Perhaps I should have known better as it was very cheap. However those conditions are completely unacceptable at any price, I wouldn’t even stay there for free.

Room was dated, rug was stained. Outdoor pool are was limited seats, hot tub area drained with yellow tape around it. Indoor pool area was dirty, some areas are under renovation. No staff to watch over breakfast area. Was hard to find someone when eggs, sausage ran out. Juice was out. One waffle maker that ended up not working correctly. Some Exterier doors were broke, most were left open.

The hotel is going through a remodel so its not great right now, but the location and cost is good. The staff is very friendly!

The pool seemed like a crime scene and the hotel property was one of the worst places I stayed at.

The staff were great. The hotel is under a remodel and they have signs posted stating this fact. Our sheets, blankets and towels looked very clean. No stains at all. The bathroom and shower were clean but the door knob needed repair as did the wash cloth bar in the shower. Water pressure was great. The plastic covering the sink light was broken. The mattress needs replaced. The side near the table had a dip and was worn. The outer side wasn’t as bad. The view was beautiful from our room. We didn’t have a balcony. The pool was clean but the stairwell going downstairs to it was dark. Better lighting would help that area. The hot breakfast was flavorless. Whomever made the coffee managed to get all the coffee grounds down into the pot and our room coffee maker was missing the tray. They got us a new tray so we could make coffee in the room. The second day I opted for a bagel and cream cheese. The hotel was close enough to be able to walk to several places to eat, shop and play. It is a budget friendly hotel that is in the midst of being remodeled. I felt safe at the property and I look forward to visiting again when their remodel is complete.

As much as I hate to say it, only thing we liked about this hotel was the breakfast. Usually I never rate hotels because I know businesses have their good & bad days but when you pay a pretty good rate for a room that "appears" online to be a pretty good hotel with really nice amenities then you go to your room all wknd & all hallways have trash laying on the floors never picked up or vacuumed, trash in trash can in room to begin with, ceiling tiles that have wet stains sooo badly they look like they gonna fall on top of you at any moment, massive stains on the carpet, which some were reddish looking including something reddish looking on the curtain, white powder all over including on TV remote & TV plus remote was all sticky, makes you REALLY REALLY wonder what the heck happened in that room. My son's room wasn't any better but we had paid ahead of time & couldn't get our $ back so we slept there but stayed. Pool & lazy river was practically in basement with outside door open to the whole building appearing to not have any lock. Will NEVER stay here again!

Furniture was stained. Pool and lazy river were cloudy and dirty. The hot tub had some kind of scrum floating on top of it.
