Park Tower Inn

The swimming pool and the counter ladies were fine. Only one elevator was operational, microwave oven in room was inoperative, took too long for them to get one that worked.

Location was good and staff was very friendly. Very outdated even though was under remodel. Carpet in room was nasty, killed several tiny roach bugs, bath tub was dirty and the floor had not been swept or mopped because there was a whole pair of earrings in the floor. Sink was dirty with no drain cover and had a toothpaste lid in it and the sink would not turn off. Indoor pool area was dirty and the pool bath room was boarded up! Outdoor pool was nasty and had debris all in it. Only one elevator working and steps to indoor pool area needs some upgrades.

Great location Very unhygienic, things in room broken.

Close to Leconte convention center The bed was hard as a board. And the receptionist was not friendly.

Nothing pictures are from hotel being 1st built the nasty place looks Nothing like the photos. Staff, hotel , signs were up saying being renovated but we were there 5 days do to 3rd party booking we could get refund but did not see anyone working on hotel. The television doesn't work if it rains also.

How close everything was It’s wasn’t clean, mold and mildew on the walls and beds. In the two rooms next to me. I could smell it every time I went in the hallway. The water leaked the entire time in the shower and sink. Continental breakfast food tastes old and the breads were hard

The building is pretty but need big upgrade, like painting al the hotel inside and outside and , more light

Great location! It was wonderful to seat on the balcony.

Place was totally disgusting with a bunch of drug addicts roaming around the lobby and in front of the hotel.

Exceptional

The pool was not very warm and it was dirty. The evening front desk worker was rather ride if you asked for anything and that's if they were even behind the counter. Out room was adjourned, I asked for no adjourning rooms. At one point while I was using the bathroom , someone walked into our room, walked out and slammed out door. I heard the door unlock and then voiced and then the door slammed. Housekeeping does not do a very good job cleaning the rooms.

Water pressure was good Dirty, breakfast was bad, towels were very rough and cheap, 2 people and only 1 washcloth, the ice machine had ice in it but it would not come out no matter how long you held it. We had to buy our own toilet paper because what they provided was very close to the sandpaper category. Carpet was dirty and stained, beds were very uncomfortable, my back is still hurting.

Balcony and size of room!

The only good thing about the breakfast was the coffee. Swimming pool was disgusting did not look nothing like the pictures. Beds were terrible. There was french fries in the stairwell for days. Wi-Fi was horrible. TV was messed up. They were renovating it but we wasn't worn beforehand. And the only elevator we could find was way away from our room. The only good thing was the balcony.

The pictures are misleading, they show a modern up to date hotel, and that is not the case. Though our stay was very quiet compared to some places we have stayed, the room had a strange odor and you could feel every spring in the mattress. The indoor pool and lazy river were ok, but there were no floats for the river and you couldn't stay long because the chlorine smell was unbearable. In addition, everything was inside, but no key card locks on outside doors to keep non guests from entering, this was a huge safety concern for me. Finally, breakfast...was a huge disappointment, wound up going and getting breakfast after attempting to eat the breakfast there. However, willing to try again once remodel/construction is completed.

Look, I ain't a Karen but there is no way I would ever like this. The location is great but I rather stay in my car outside. Its was nasty, dirty, stains everywhere, bugs in the room not house flies they were stinky bugs and German roaches, the bathroom was nastier than Abrams Falls restroom in Cades Cove. BEWARE.

Needs to be all redone. Curtains were gross and dirty. Only thing that was good was the bathroom

Elevator didn’t work and wasn’t told abt any work being done. Construction all through the hotel. Room was nasty and wasn’t cleaned properly. Outside pool had alcohol cans in it and was dirty. Breakfast was terrible

Room in poor condition, some dirt around baseboards, smelled like urine, had knats coming out of sink drain
