The place was very outdated and carpet was nasty. Breakfast was gone before it was over. Mattress felt like springs sticking all night. Seems like people live there. It was very ghetto. And I’m usually easily pleased and just want a good mattress and pillow. Neither of which I got. Parking lot had broken glass and I reported it to staff.

There was work going on which I can understand improving the place, but the pools and stuff were a joke and hot tub would not recommend getting in them the bathrooms down in the pool area were in terrible shape

Property was really in need of repairs. Beds were terrible. Looks as if there are people who are living there full time. Not a very safe environment for families. The police were there every day and night for our 5 night stay. I really don't know how this hotel keeps a 6 rating.

I have stayed at this motel almost every time we go to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area. It is conveniently located and easy to find. They have remodeled it some since my last visit. The new lighting looks good. The breakfast bar offers hot fresh food each morning. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable but the pillows are not and need to be replaced. I will continue to stay here whenever we visit.

They need to clean the outdoor pool. It had a lot of floating hair. The rooms was ok they need to upgrade the beds. They don’t give comforters for bedding. They don’t have floated for the lazy river. The worst part of the stay we was there for 3 nights and each night the cops where 6 to 7 deep. Idk what was going on but we didn’t feel safe after dark.

The room was nasty and dirty with stains everywhere. The pictures they show are not what it really looks like. The pool was dirty and black.

AC worked great.

It was creepily decorated, none of the walls had a serious coat of paint. -10/10 would not recommend. Might catch a disease next time if I stay there. No but seriously not worth the $177

Checked out early the room had a musky mold type smell to it. Was afraid it was going to trigger my asthma. Sheets not clean had blood stains on them. Overall room did not seem clean.

The air conditioning did not work properly at all. There was only one ice machine on the property that worked, and it was empty all the time only one elevator worked, and there was no effort to get the others working. We will never stay at Park Tower Inn again we have stayed there many times and was very dissatisfied when we got there.

Honestly the lazy river was about the best thing. You do have to bring your own tubes though. Everything else is just run down. Can’t take breakfast to your room so we didn’t bother. Originally bed cleanliness looked decent but as we were packing up a bed bug wished us goodbye. You get what you pay for with this hotel. No more, no less.

Needs to update and repair indoor pool ,lazy river and hot tub. All needed repair.

I read terrible reviews by guests that were written 12 hours before I was to check in. I decided I could not take my young children there. I had to pay for another place to stay. The pictures of the pool looked nothing like the pictures. They looked rough. There were buckets in the hall for leaks. There was lots of mold. Then, I checked out.

It looks as though they are in the middle of renovation and making it nicer, but the “arcade” is not what I was led to believe and when one of the machines ripped me off I wasn’t even offered my money back, the breakfast is decent and the pools are ok but needed better maintained, the room was clean just old, and drop ceiling in the bathroom so not the best plan on them but all and all not bad for the cost…

Family of 4, checked in with 2 towels in the room and 1 rag, no toilet paper. TV was broken, and lazy river was closed due to poop in the water. No towels for the pool area, and front desk claimed there were no towels to give out for the room. Smelled of weed on the entire floor. Worst experience we’ve ever had in Pigeon Forge.

The side entrance door to the building had no lock! There was trash all around the pool area and areas leading to it. A prior guests flipflops were left in our room too…
