Easy access to the Island. Walking distance to many food, souvenir shops, and attractions. Little loud because of being on the strip but quieted down enough to make sleeping comfortable.

The Margaritaville Island Inn is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While the breakfast offerings were not extensive, the food was always fresh and hot. Ample free parking was located at the hotel site. The location is wonderful--just across a bridge from The Island and about a 1/2 mile walk to the Leconte Center. I would recommend booking a room on the Island side. We were on the parkway side and experienced some road noise at times. Great stay!

Easy check-in. Comfortable lobby. Enjoyed shopping and purchasing from the Margaritaville display of t-shirts & souvenirs. Really appreciated not having carpet in the room. It felt cleaner with a bare floor. Good lighting in the bathroom. Shower had plenty of pressure. Absorbent towels were nice. Liked the closet's barn door. It was a perk to have a balcony. It was helpful to have on-site free parking. A cluster of vehicles was crowded at the front door, and a bit of maneuvering was necessary to pull out of the small entrance space. The noise from the road was somewhat disturbing during the night - not sure how that could be changed.

Property was great for walking. Next to The Island 🏝, Outdoor pool was great, indoor pool, not so much...looked like dead skin floating on top of water, had not been cleaned for awhile. Continental breakfast was great too!
