Location was excellent, you could get to anything you wanted to, quickly. The room smelled very musty, the carpet was kinda moist, no soap in the room. I probably should have said something but I just drove 10 hours.

The breakfast was nice. I enjoyed the outdoor pool. We were there 6 nights and 7 days and they never cleaned our room especially the tub not one time. The sheets were never changed, the beds were never made, and the tub was filthy and drained very slowly. However they did come in twice and took out the trash.

Room was clean and pool was nice! We didn’t feel welcome upon our arrival and staff seemed confrontational or not really friendly! It seemed to be a big deal that we had a baby with us and was charged extra for 2teens even though online it said kids didn’t count as adults! Either way we stayed but probably won’t use this location again!

The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staff was very helpful and polite! The registration was great also! Our room was clean and well stocked!! One nice option would be another towel hanger for additional towels to hang and dry!

I did like that it was right across from the island as that is one of the main reasons for going to Pigeon Forge. Also we went to the Comedy Barn and it was right there as well. The breakfast was good. The room was fine other than the pillows. They were small and went flat as soon as you lay on them. I was using two and three and still was very uncomfortable

Night shift employee was amazing! The 24 hour pool was a great accommodation. Room was very clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable. And vending machines for drinks were all sold out.
