Location and the AC was great in the heat. Bed made a loud creak every time my boyfriend moved so it woke me up a few times.

The location was perfect, the room was very spacious, it was nice having a mini fridge and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing during the extreme heat! Could have been cleaned better, inside the room and outside around the place. The shower curtain was the wrong size and was too small for the shower so there was a huge gap the entire time you bathed and the water pressure was nonexistent.

We liked the location this hotel was in and the room was cozy My daughter and I got bug bites from laying in both of the beds and there was trash on the floor that looked like blue sand and a red bottle cap. The bathroom shower faucet wasn't attached to the wall and the towels were moist.

Coffee and breakfast was served in the lobby but they didn’t open until 8 am. Our kerug didn’t work properly so we were caffeine deprived and that isn’t a good way to start the day. The room was clean but the property could use some tlc!

The room was clean and comfortable for a night or two for me and 3 teens. Was in a good location as well. Needs some updating, but for $50 it’s def worth it. We didn’t get to get in the pool. It looked kinda small but decent. The patio furniture was nice. The hotel’s appearance is more appealing on the outside, but it was still pretty nice inside as well. We didn’t get to try the breakfast either. We had to leave too early.

The location, being close to the Island, was the only thing we liked about this hotel. Staff were not helpful or kind. Our first room was flooded by the room above us water leak. There was a gap in the door frame making it difficult to securely lock the door. The power went out and was out over 12 hours, including the hot water heater. The elevators also did not work while the power was out & my disabled husband had to take the stairs multiple times, which was exhausting & prevented him from being able to enjoy more activities during our much needed vacation. The second room was damp & humid. The bedding & even the walls were moist from humidity. Our dog coughed & sneezed the whole time in that room until we checked out the next morning. The staff never offered any assistance or accommodations when we had all of these issues. We had to move all of our belongings ourselves to the second room.

Close to the island. My family slept comfortable with the loft. Clean bathrooms and rooms. The maids did a good job. Nancy did really well at the desk!

Everything was fabulous.

The best thing I can say about Timber Lodge is THERE WERE NO BED BUGS!! THE BEDS WERE CLEAN THANKYOU
