We were not able to...

Broken door handle, room smelled of smoke and dogs, hairs on the shower wall and sink, towels were stained.

The rooms were well maintained,the staff was friendly and helpful.

We really had one night to get ready for a drive off. Everything seemed perfect for the most part. The check in and out staff could have been more friendly, but it was fine all and all.

Location was great. Confirmation indicated all fees and taxes were included. Had to pay an additional pet fee that was quite expensive. Unit was very dated with worn out furniture. Tub had amateur repairs but still had cracks and stains. Flooring was damaged and walls and doors were dirty.

First room no hot water, no plug for bathtub. They moved us to a different room still no plug for bathtub. When I reserved the room they didn't say the other part of the hotel had bigger rooms. I stayed there about eight years ago and it was great.

Very loud being on the busy strip. Also you could see several holes in the door once the sun came up. Also a slug in the room.

The property was close to everything, so we could walk instead of using car or uber. There was left over items from previous room user. The floors in the room were dirty, left my feet/socks black. The bed comforter had large stains. The “living room” chair had a pee smell.

Stayed 8 nights and the hotel was very clean and easy access to the strip and the island. I will certainly staff again.

I would never stay hear this place is poor

When checking in the staff was friendly. We booked two rooms in the main building next to the office. Our children wanted to swim in the pool, so we went to the pool before getting our rooms. During the time in the pool, there were fake eyelashes floating in it. My child also felt something poke her foot while swimming. When she came to the steps to check, there was a wire stuck in her foot and we had to pull it out. After getting to our room, the floors were scuffed and dirty. When you stepped on the cracks of the flooring, a brown water like substance squished out. When we checked the rooms throughly, we found multiple roaches dead and alive along the bottom of the beds. When you looked at the box spring at the head of the bed, it had dirt lining the top with hair and small bugs. The smell in one of the rooms was like a wet dog. They offered to move one room to the back building. When we checked that room, there was an even bigger roach in it, about 2”. When one of the workers seen it, he said “it’s dead, we spray for those” then picked it up to throw it out. It was not dead, three of the people in our party found it and seen it moving. The front desk advised they would help us get a refund through the third party once we started the process, which we did the same day. Still haven’t heard anything. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
