This hotel was great, it was in the middle of everything. It wasn’t too far from Dollywood theme park nor the splash park and it was surrounded by several attractions, which my kids loved. I would definitely recommend staying at this place..

Me and my husband absolutely LOVED the lazy river. What an awesome feature. The hotel was in a convenient location, walkable to restaurants, attractions, etc. Very clean hotel with great staff and great amenities! We're already wanting to go back soon! Will definitely stay again! Only negative, I wish the hotel could offer a breakfast buffet. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

It is s a very nice hotel, love everything except for one night we doing a big on the bed which we were not very happy about.

Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the water temperature was hot with plenty of hot water available. Overall, the accommodations provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There were a few areas that could be improved. The size of the refrigerator in the room was disappointing—it was extremely small, and we were unable to store any leftover food we wanted to save. There was also a button inside the refrigerator that had to be continuously pressed every two hours to keep it cooling, which was inconvenient. Thankfully, we had brought a cooler with us. Additionally, while the shower water was hot, the water pressure was very low, making it take much longer to wash my hair. The bathroom also did not have a fan, so it became very steamy very quickly. Despite these minor issues, we had a great experience overall and would recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Pigeon Forge to others. With its beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, great amenities, and convenient location, it is a great option for a visit to the area.

Pool was fabulous! Beds were very comfy!

Pool was dirty. People were in the pool that weren't even staying at the hotel.

Beds were hard , cheaply made blankets. The room was subpar per price of room. My fridge was not working, no free breakfast. The lazy river was small, and children were jumping and swimming in their without float , kicking people , swimming the wrong way of the current.. per price it wa not a good experience.
