Econo Lodge Pigeon Forge Riverside

Room was nice and clean. Indoor pool was clean. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Same food every morning. Outside was a disappointment as they had construction going on in have the hotel when we where there. So the outdoor space was not pleasant or peaceful.

It met oir newds but did ɔuestion the cleanliness of the bwdding.

Facility in itself was fine.

Under construction. Limited parking. Don’t plan on sleeping past 6:30am. They won’t refund you if you leave due to noise even if they say they will.

Everything was amazing. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Only issue was hot tub broken the first day there Everything else was great experience!

Great place stay!

Amazing location on the river sat and watched a crane eat fish for over an hour at night with other geese and wildlife all around rooms are small but extremely clean with everything you need love it will 10-10 be back

The breakfast wasn’t too good but the property was great . Definitely enjoyed our stay and staff were extremely welcoming . We didn’t get to use the pool cause someone pooped in it

This hotel was amazing just recently renovated. My room was clean fresh and the whole property was well maintained. The pool was perfect. My son loved it. We definitely will be staying here again when we come back.

Rooms were decent and clean. Did not like the constant smell of cigarettes and marijuana.

The air conditioner cooled the room but the moisture in the air was so high our bedding felt damp. Beds and pillows were not good, I’d say less than fair. Bathroom is so small you nearly have to stand on the tub or toilet to open and shut the door. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast: coffee is not good, great bananas, scrambled eggs were tasteless - don’t know what brand they buy but yuck. I’m not a biscuit and gravy fan but others seemed to like it.

No waffles at breakfast and the beds were hard . Other than that, it was well maintained and nice.

They said they couldn't refund me since the issue wasn't the room itself. I think walking out with a wall and a vent blowing hot air at your room form 5 feet would be an issue with the room. Anyways I told them I had bug in my room if they would like to come look. There were 2 clerks and a manager there and the manager said none of them could leave the office. I had actually came in the door behind the manager coming back from walking around. They said they would need proof of the bugs for a refund but they couldn't come look. So I went and took pictures and they then told me they would have to call a pest control company to verify its a bug. This just crossed into completely absurd at this point. They also had no clue when they the company would come out if I wanted I could leave with a partial refund and get the rest when the company verified it was a bug. This all took around a lil over an hr. Finally I sent the pics to hotels.com and they finally overode management and gave my refund.

Fue muy honito y limpio. La piscina estuvo templada.

Enjoyed the outside area

The location was great, very close to everything. The pool was nice with the Hot tub.

Bathrooms small - close to many attractions easy to get in and around out. Bedrooms are smaller - average breakfast - pool is indoor with a hot tub added bonus
