We enjoyed the atmosphere they have. The rooms were clean staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. The only thing don’t like is they changed my mango slaw. It is terrible now use to be one thing I look forward to getting when I come there. I been there five times.

Margaritaville never disappoints. Clean, nice, great pools, and a little game room to sneak off to.

My family and I have stayed here twice now and we all love it! Plenty to do for our two toddler boys! We make it a yearly tradition now!

The staff was great. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained and spacious. I especially loved the bathroom. The pools (inside and out) were big and clean. I enjoyed looking around the gift shop. There was a wide variety of cute merchandise. Since it was just me and my husband we enjoyed spending some time in Margaritaville! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I know this is where we will be staying for all of our visits to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg from now on!

This Hotel exceded our expectations by far, nice and clean, modern and fresh look. Family friendly, very clean and helpful staff. It is close to restaurants, shops and attractions. Will definitely be visiting Pigeon Forge and Compass Hotel. A+

The fire alarm sounded about 11:30 pm for maybe 5 minutes or so and was evidently a false alarm. When I asked about it in the morning they denied knowing anything about it. There was no apology, either.... what alarm? Kids were screaming in the pool area until 11pm. With the extensive water park out back kids would be happy here. Me, not so much...
