Compass Hotel by Margaritaville

Great place to stay. Took the grandkids there for a couple of days, and they loved it. The area is well maintained, and the staff was attentive. This was the second summer to stay at Compass, and we enjoyed both visits. We will bring our grandkids back to enjoy the water fun again. The only slight negative was breakfast time. We ate about 9:30, along with everyone else in the hotel, it seemed, and the staff was having trouble keeping up with demand. They were out of several items, which unfortunately were what the grandkids wanted. The food from the restaurant was really good poolside. I would recommend this to anyone and have to friends with kids/grandkids.

Clean spacious room. Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast has lots of options but there early. Property is very family friendly with several pools, waterslides, lazy river. Daily activities for kids and adults. Live entertainment on certain days as well.

if you want to get a lounge chair out by the pool you need to go early!

We loved our stay!! The staff was fantastic. We were there only 3 nights but felt like family, by the final night. The activities were fun. The live music was great. This felt like a tropical getaway. We will definitely be back.

We had a great weekend over the 4th! Was a last minute trip and we mainly enjoyed the hotel amenities to beat the heat! The pool was amazing and our 9 year old had the best time in the pools and all slides! Breakfast was great, room was clean and the hotel is one of our new favorites!

The breakfast was great, the rooms were great and the pool area was great. We stayed at the resort for a week and drank at their bar daily and ate at their restaurant twice. We were traveling with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The one night we brought dinner in and wanted to eat outside by the pool as we had seen other families doing so. We were told that we were not allowed to bring outside food out by the pool and had to eat in the lobby.

The pool was amazing for kids! Very new hotel and very clean! There is an area that has a foosball table! Breakfast was nice and hot with a variety of options!

Wonderful hotel. Especially for families. Great rooms, very spacious and clean. Great amenities - lazy river, pools, mini water park.

From checking in and going to our room everyone was pleasant and helpful, the hotel was very clean and well taken care of. This is a place to go have fun and relax. There was anything I was unhappy with

We love the “beach feel” of the resort! Just got back from our second stay. Beautiful property!! The mattresses were wonderfully comfy. The only negative is the price- compared to the gorgeous Dollywood resorts, it’s a tad overpriced. We also wish the gift shop had more items.

This was our third time here . We absolutely love it. The standards haven’t changed from year to year! Good is great and the drinks are top notch! Keep doing what you are doing!

Location, cleanliness, amenities Nothing

This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at in Pigeon Forge. We are fairly local, but sometimes like to get hotels in PF for fun weekend trips. The beds are so comfy! My kiddo LOVED the pools, and the breakfast was tasty.
