I would put 0 stars if it would let me. Everything was so bad walk in no a/c it was so hot same in room. There was nothing good to say about the hotel. Everything was just so bad. Wish i could of gotten my money back.

The bathroom sink was leaking and flooded out on the floor, breakfast was supposed to be included in the stay but had to pay $5 per person to have breakfast

Hotel is dirty. Bugs in room like ants. We did see a roach in bathroom. Took the kids to swim. Pool was dirty and green. Frogs was in pool. Staff was friendly

I was very disappointed. I liked staying here, but I will try another hotel on my next trip.

The floor was soaked the whole time by the a.c...a big spot ...the balcony door didn't have a lock on it

The hot tub was dirty, the room were dirty, they don't clean the rooms, the breakfast was not good and the management just complained about they can't afford to buy stuff for breakfast. We will not go back.

It is in a good location just off the strip with very little traffic Staff was not helpful. Asked for blankets for the pull out couch and was only given a sheet. Went back down to ask for the blanket and the staff was rude. The room was unbearably hot, and no one come to fix it, they wouldn't change the room, and only offered one little fan that barely worked. There was almost nothing out for breakfast.

We like that it was close to the island. The breakfast was awful. The gravy was too salty, they wasn’t enough food for everyone. They was plain bagels, and no cream cheese. They ran out of orange juice, and apple juice.
