Nothing It was gross! Nothing was clean. The pool was disgusting, afraid we would catch a disease if we got close. The atmosphere was just creepy. One person running the whole place. Room was not clean. The floor was sticky. The TV didn’t work. All in all, this place would be better off shut down.

Location There was no hot water, it was warm and very difficult to get it on the right setting. Every day we had to go to the front desk and have our key cards redone.

Absolutely NOTHING Checked in and right back out! Owner avoiding booking and myself. I want a full refund as I never even stayed! Owner followed us in elevator to room, room was absolutely DIRTY mold all over ceiling paint over and still coming through, fridge dirty, floors dirty, roaches!!! Was suppose to be a king suite and was smaller than a normal room! TERRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND

Location. That’s it. Where do I begin…walked in to the front desk to observe and listen to the staff arguing with other guests. The room door did not have a lock, and did not fully shut. The balcony door did not fully shut or lock. Spider webs in the corner of the room, air conditioner did not function to cool the room, the water would not get warm in the shower, the bathroom sink would not drain, the ice machine on the 5th floor did not work. Bath towels had yellow and brown stains. TRASH in the room on the floor!!!!

Very convenient local to everything very beautiful views The lobby closes at 10 so you haft to go all the way around the building didn’t like that at all. The other thing is the toilet was not mounted to the floor so it was very wobbly on my wife. Wish they had better pillows

Nothing Everything was dirty. The door knobs for the room door and the bathroom door kept falling off. There was no comforter just a sheet and a bed cover. The internet signal wasn't even strong enough to support the programming on the tv. The indoor pool was freezing cold. The pool and the hot tub both looked dirty. No ice machines. The breakfast was only from 8am to 9am and was the worst breakfast I've ever seen at any motel. There was never enough food for anyone. 5 pieces of toast, one large communal bowl of Cheerios, 1 selection of tiny muffins(6) terrible watered down overly salted gravy with only ever 4 or 5 dry cold biscuits if that. 2 or 3 bagels and peanut butter. The waffle mix tasted sour and off we couldn't finish it. My description doesn't fully describe or give an accurate impression of how bad the stay was but I've never complained about a hotel or a motel before but this one was absolutely the worst overall, even worse than cheaper motel 6 rooms I've stayed at. I was disappointed at every turn. I should have read the reviews before I booked the room. There were many reviews where people left early and asked for their money back with the same response from the owner where he stated, "you pay for cheap room, I give you cheap room." One of the other guests I talked with said she even witnessed the same interaction happen with the owner during her stay. Yes it was on the cheaper side about $90 a night for that area but was not anywhere close to being worth the discount. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The location It wasn’t clean, there was roachs, they didn’t give us any towels, the elevator stops on every floor, the breakfast was old and the biscuits was hard

The man working the desk that evening responded quickly when we told him the bed was dirty. The room was dirty,broken lamp shade, bed had dirty linens thatblookes like they had blood on them, toliet paper is located far away from toilet, balcony was so small you would have to sit sideways, there was an old wasp nest, cobwebs, and cracked ceiling. The ice machine was moldy and didn't work on either floor that we tried. If we could have got our money back, we would have left.

Staff was amazing both shifts night and morning. Room was clean. Beds were uncomfortable, pool was decent. Community hot tub water had a gray, to brownish hue. Did not get in hot tub. We had 3 small children at pool with us, and other adult hotel guests were doing backflips running and diving in 5ft pool. Did not feel safe to have children swim.

The only thing good about this stay was the location of the property They’re so many things to list about how bad the experience was. It took forever to find somebody to check us in. There was nobody at the front desk. We had to call to get help. They gave us the wrong room then, when we did get the right room, the air conditioner did not work. My husband went to turn it on, and the unit itself started falling off the wall. The lights was flickering like you was at a disco club so we went back to the other room. We had no toilet paper. We had no towels could not find nobody once again so we had to get it from one of the other rooms where the door was left open. when we called the number at the front desk the man yelled at us and told us not to call him ti find whoever was supposed to be working at the desk. I don’t know if he was the owner or who he was. The room was dirty. There was no water pressure and the water wasn’t even lukewarm. It was almost on the cold Side.

We have stayed there before and it was great.but this time was awful the rooms ac not working they only had warm water to shower and the pool area was awful it had so much chlorine in the hot tube it was burning our eyes An you could feel the powder in the bottom of it
