Music Road Resort Hotel and Inn

It was a pretty nice hotel. The staff was friendly and gave great ideas on were to eat at. The room service could have been a little better. We had to ask for towel and our room could have used a good sweeping. The breakfast was good. But could have switched it up on just serving the Same stuff every morning. The place could use a good updating as well. Make it look fresh then dated on the price you pay to stay there. It’s still a nice place to stay

The only issue was the there was no smart tvs so we couldn't watch Netflix or other streaming apps

This hotel has no drinking water. Make sure you bring some with you. It's also advertised that there's coffee throughout the day but it's only available during breakfast hours.

It was very good place to stay!

The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool area as well. The floor we were on, not enough towels and rags for 3 adults and 2 kids.

We have stayed in Pigeon Forge many times at various places. This place was exceptionally clean and has a very beautiful atmosphere, especially when you are sitting outside in a rocking chair overlooking the gorgeous river. Our room was very clean and quiet. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We had a balcony that overlooked the river and the mountains with a clear view of the Ferris wheel at the island. Both pools were very clean and fun to go into. The landscape is outstanding as well. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful hotel 100%!

Unfortunately, the pillows were HORRIBLE. They were feather/down and provided almost no support. My husband and I tried using three pillows each and got virtually no sleep our first night. We contacted the resort through the QR code provided for guests with problems. They brought extra pillows and said they were different, but they felt exactly the same. Since our second night was nonrefundable, we had to spend $30 buying our own pillows just so we could sleep. We slept much better the second night. What disappointed me most was how our complaint was handled. No manager ever contacted us or offered a credit or even acknowledged the inconvenience. When I checked out, I explained again that the replacement pillows were the same, but nothing was done. The bedding was also very lightweight, and I was cold. If you stay here, I suggest bringing your own good pillows and a warm blanket—unless you don’t mind taking half the house with you! We loved the cleanliness, location, bed, view and breakfast, but because of the pillows and how our complaint was handled, we will probably not stay here again. Sometimes it’s not the problem that loses a customer—it’s how the problem is handled. Room 511

The staff was informative and all were very nice. We left a tip for housekeeping even though we didn’t have them come in on our 2-day stay. We did have a couple of things that are not necessarily negative, but suggestions for improvement. We stayed in a nice suite, but the bed was very hard. It may only need a thin memory foam on top to make it a little better. I would also suggest different pillows. I think both were maybe down-filled. I would think a memory foam of some kind coupled with a down would be a good match. Overall, a very good stay. I would definitely consider Music Road again.

The square footage of the rooms and the pools was so nice. Staff was amazing, even if we had an issue through a booking site and about to pull their hair out. The outside refreshment stand. Things wasn't working and it was just kind of rinky dinky for such a nice place.

Loved the pool and lazy river. Patio overlooking the river is beautiful and relaxing. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Location is excellent. Jay checked us in when we arrived and he was very nice and helpful. No complaints. Everything was great.

Always enjoy staying here every year—they have a great free breakfast and it’s located in a great spot that’s close to a lot of attractions and restaurants

The hotel was clean the staff at the front desk where friendly, the rooms our out dated ,need places to charge your phones, the mattress was very hard uncomfortable, and the breakfast wasn't good the biscuits were hard and not good the sausages was salty and a good coffee maker in rooms is needed a Kcup machine would be very nice I was disappointed in the coffee machine and the lack of places to plug your charger in The room needed updated.

Took our grandchildren for a weekend getaway before school started back. Booked Music Road Resort Hotel and absolutely loved the outdoor pool and new hot tub area. The breakfast was good and had a good amount of space in the breakfast area. We was located on 4th floor almost at end and it was very quite. The beds looked brand new and was pillow top and everyone of us slept well there. It was very clean even with the older carpet in our room. Next time in area I know where I will be staying. We love everything about music road hotel. The view was amazing. The room was clean. Love the lazy river and pool area.

My granddaughter and I stated for 4 days, the pool area outside is great. Rooms are clean, cold air conditioning, plenty of towels and nice breakfast offered. Staff was super friendly and always someone cleaning the facility.

Very Clean comfy beds It was great can’t complain
