Cleanliness and amenities The bed was a bit uncomfortable

We usually stay in a cabin because we need more than 1 room and have 5 kids between our families,age newborn to 14 yrs and 3 adults. The Inn was so accommodating and extremely nice to us all. Our rooms were adjoining with private balconies. Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant. Will definitely be staying here again. Piece of wood between the adjoining doors was not secure, had to put it in a drawer. I never mentioned this but im sure it would have been taken care of immediately.

Very nice place to stay. Affordable, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with exception of the oatmeal. It had no taste to it, so I would advise not to eat it

Property was clean and quiet. Close to everything in town. Needs some updating - no USB ports in room and no hand rails in shower. Breakfast was good each morning but the same thing was served. Staff was friendly and courteous but only one person at check-in so have to wait if they are on phone booking a room for someone else.

It was a very nice place, clean the bed was so comfortable. Just wish that I could have stayed longer.

We had a nice night stay. I wanted to go to Pigeon Forge for Dolly Parton Day. Close to a lot of great restaurants and activities.

It was convenient coming in and out of the motel cleaning personnel were very kind... The swimming pool was great Some of the staff need some working on their attitudes... The breakfast was off the oatmeal and the biscuits were not good at all... The pillows on the bed were like sandbags they did not sleep good at all.. The mattress was very hard unpleasant to sleep on The first time I ever stayed there it was great but this last time this past week it was awful I am sorry for the bad review I told family and friends about this place and when I went back this week I was very unpleased and ashamed...

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Indoor pool is open 24 hrs so thats great for the kids.

The room was very nice and comfortable, Breakfast was wonderful as always. Staff is always nice and helpful. Always love sitting on the balcony or patio, rocking in the chairs and just watching the water and animals play. This was our 5th year coming back to Music Road. You are close to everything but still have the quiet on the patio with water running and the geese and ducks coming in.
