Would definitely stay here again!

George from facilities was super friendly and accommodating and spent time talking to us.

The pool is so nice but parents leaving their misbehaving children alone was not so nice. Put your beer down and make your kids behave!!!!!

The place was very clean and the rooms are big breakfast was good great for kids have things to do

One elevator broken, long waits to get on.

Our family enjoyed the pool area, ping pong and foosball. All great options for the really hot summer afternoons when we needed a budget friendly way to recharge. Breakfast was okay but certainly left room for improvements, everything was cold and not much variety. The bathroom in our room was very nice, everything was clean and we had a peaceful view of the river from our balcony. Would definitely stay again if the price was a little less. Nice place but the $220 we paid for one night seems a little steep.

The hotel was conveniently located to the parkway and all the things and clean overall, but I had two rooms to which they weren’t able to accommodate us to be together, not even on the same floor and when we dropped off my adult kids and grandbaby on the 3rd floor it reeked of skunk weed, at non smoking hotel might I add, but we went down to desk and they said because we didn’t book directly through the hotel and booked through Expedia that their was nothing they could do about it! The rooms were spacious as well as the bathroom, which had a great size tub, the beds were decent, but you could tell the mattresses were older as they were worn with dips, but it was clean which is a huge plus! We had a balcony room with a view of the pool, the wax museum and the cemetery across the road lol…The pool and lazy river were heated which was so great and great hours to enjoy them! We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but it smelled good…The issues were mostly minor and we would most likely stay again!

From Olivia at the front desk to elevators that always work, an indoor pool, snacks by the outside pool and the pool and slide (there is a theme), a great spot to base in Pigeon Forge. The room (we had a waterpark view) was large and the beds very comfortable. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. And the pool and slide were a lot of fun too.

Breakfast was perfect for what we needed. Just a pinch of salt and pepper did the trick with the sausage gravy 😉 Indoor pool was clean and spacious and hilariously cooler then the outdoor pools on hot days 😄 oh mother nature! Outdoor Waterpark was clean with friendly staff making sure we don't get struck by lightning so much appreciation on that! Our sweet girl must of went down that slide 500x while our sweet autistic 4 year old lived in the lazy river. Sweet snacks at a shockingly affordable prices at the "Cabana" (Pool snack shack) with a good variety. All in all, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting!

The pool was very clean and pleasant, just a lot of noise in the hallways, but everything was fine.

The Inn was unbelievably clean! Their housekeeping staff need an award. My kids enjoyed the water “park” that was available but it was very basic. They have nice amenities such as a ping pong table, inside cold pool, hot tub, small lazy river, and a water slide with the pool. They breakfast was large but they have no modifications for anyone who is dairy free. My biggest complaint was how incredibly uncomfortable the beds are. They are like laying on a plank of wood with springs but they were clean. The breakfast staff was rude and the front desk lady upon arrival couldn’t be bothered. All in all the Inn was very clean and a decent stay.

The hotel was ok breakfast wasnt stocked very good had to wait several times didnt get towels in room had to ask for them also pool area not family friendly there was a lot of alcohol drinking and girls rubbing on girls and grinding on guys loud music just not very accepting to people with children they were also down there fighting and swearing words with reported to the front desk twice they never done anything about it

When checking out no carts available to carry stuff to car. Elevators packed couldn’t get out

todo estuvo muy lindo rodeado de naturalesa un hermoso rio las picinas de afuera muy bello lo unico malo fue el baño de la picina de adentro no estaba limpio un olor a orinado fuerte todo lo demas exelente

The bed was not connected to the wall or stable. If you tried to sit in the bed and watch TV it slides out from the wall. We asked maintence to fix it and he said he red neck fixed it with door stoppers. That didn't hold either. The desk clerks were more interested in what was on their phones or coloring to help. Then when you finally get their attention they were rude and not helpful. There is no arcade room as we all know it, its just a ping pong table. This hotel needs updated. The furniture looks like back from 1970.
