It was our last night there so we just washed them down the sink. We saw a few more the next morning as we were leaving. Did the same thing before we left.

The hotel was dirty and had grass and weeds grownup outside. Ants were all over the place by the pool. The night staff was nice but there was someone smoking weed and it filled the entire hallway and our room. There was mold in the air vents on the air unit. Stains on the bedding. The guy working at the counter our last day there was on something and was super high and tweeting out. I personally would not recommend at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire stay. The hotel is in need of serious updates and deep cleaning. Our air conditioner had mold on it and the bathroom had ants. The room was also musty smelling. The staff was helpful in finding us another room. Exercise room had a huge cracked mirror.

Wonderful stay, nice clean room. Great staff and breakfast. Overall great stay

So being totally transparent, we booked this because the price was super cheap and we only needed it for one night. However, upon our arrival you could tell there was something off a little bit. To me it seems like the staff lives on site as well as others that aren’t actually hotel guests that are coming and going, but actually residing in this hotel and potentially with state vouchers or what not. It gave you a little bit of a government housing transitional feel. One of the workers was definitely on some thing when checking me in you couldn’t sit still and kept making weird and sudden movements which I’ve seen before in drug addicts. The girl at the front desk apparently lives on site and was having a conversation about how she slipped and fell in one of the showers on site. The breakfast area was in disarray and also looked rundown. I can go on and on, however if you’re looking for something due to price and just need to rest your head for a night and don’t mind anything else I would say take a shot at it. But if you wanna feel safe and you want something that is welcoming and makes you feel like you’re on vacation. I would not take my family here. We learned we got up bright and early the next morning and left immediately but I will never stay here again.

When we got there the pool wasn't even open. The music in the hallway was to loud so couldn't sleep hardly. The bed was not comfortable

There were only three workers who also lived in the hotel. One family with three kids were living in a joined room right above us. We were supposed to check in at 4, we arrived at 6 and still had to wait for our room to be cleaned because there was only one worker at the time. He brought us a filter to change in the ac and just handed it to us at the door for us to do ourselves. The manager was completely unreachable and said on his voicemail he blocks calls. Completely unpleasant and unprofessional stay.

Staff was very friendly and overall amazing , very family friendly hotel, breakfast was good but wasn’t always available. Room was clean but kinda small and they had plenty of parking with having an extra parking lot in the back.

Room was clean. Breakfast was the usual eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, etc. There were no lights anywhere near the hot tub so at night you couldn't really see to us it and also it was not hot only lukewarm. There was a 2nd hot tub that was not in use. One end of the swimming pool had plenty of lighting for night time swim the other end not so much. Overall a clean quiet place with friendly staff and would possible stay there again

The Rooms Were So Clean!! The staff was amazing i highly recommend i absolutely love the pool. Only thing is the people beside me were smoking cigarettes which your not supposed to they are designated areas outside for a reason smh. Other than that the hotel was amazing and we absolutely enjoyed it we will definitely be back everytime we go to Tennessee! ALSO AFFORDABLE PRICES

Short staffed, music blaring on the speakers in the hallway, people smoking cigarettes and weed even though it's supposed to be none smoking, the shower has no shelves have to sit stuff on floor of the shower, the tv didn't work, they didn't have any coffee when we went down for breakfast. We will not be staying here again.

Nice place, Great location stuff was good to receive guest. This morning, they help with making breakfast for the guest, helping everyone to use the waffo machine, specially for kids. this place is a great recommended to anyone who travel to peogon forge. do not hesitate to book here. the inside pool was not very accurate, it needs to be reclaened and keep it out of use for a few time. it did not give a good smell, specially when you are with kids, it better to use te outside one.

Got to the room and tried to turn on the TV, which works on xfinity wifi and it wouldn’t connect to the internet so that didn’t work. Watched a show on my phone. AC would turn off and you could hear music playing the hallway through the hotel speakers. The music played all night! The walls were super thin and could hear people having conversation in the hallway. Breakfast was okay. I ate oatmeal… the waffle maker had no batter. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it works for a night I guess

The guy working up front was tweaked out of his mind couldn’t even hardly function. The room was not clean and the hot tub and pool was gross so we went and asked for a refund without success we still left no way would I have stayed in that hotel.

The location was great! James did awesome being short staffed and him having to do most everything he kept up well he’s a very hard worker and I appreciate everything he did for our family while we stayed there I think he deserves all the credit hands down thank you so much To beable to check in on time but that was due to short staffed and again James did everything he could to make our stay great!

Not bad, but certainly not luxurious or spacious or exceptional in any way. I just needed a room to sleep in, so it was just fine. If this was a suite, it is the smallest suite on Earth. I've never seen a smaller hotel room. Like the built the room around the bed with about 12 inches all around. The bathroom was more spacious than the bedroom. But again, I didn't care - I was just there to sleep. Oh, I must say the breakfast was actually pretty good. They had the waffle maker which I love. Lots of prepackaged muffins and things that were fine. Oatmeal. There were eggs, sausage, and b & G but I was afraid to try any of that. Anyway, I thought the breakfast was decent. I would stay here again. I don't know if the women in my family would be comfortable here - it was a little flawed. But if you aren't picky this place is fine.

Can't believe how bad this hotel has went downhill since last time we stayed here. No one even at front desk to welcome you. Their's a sign there saying ring bell or call this number. As soon you walk in the lobby it's nasty. Floors not swept and down hallways sweeper wasn't Never ran. Than we was sleeping so good than at 6:45 am somebody pounds on our door waking us up. No one was there when we answered it. Pool was extremely nasty and cloudy. Will never stay here again.

The breakfast was OK but it was exactly the same thing every morning it never varied. We liked the connecting suites. The price was good. We had lots of ants in our rooms during the entire stay. They were going to spray our rooms but we were there to tell them not to. We never had any housekeeping even after asking. The air conditioning units were the small old type that took a while but finally did cool somewhat. The water stopped working the first night into the afternoon the next day so we couldn't flush the toilets, take a shower or even wash our hands during that period. Breakfast was like 6:30 to 10:30 but closed one morning by like 9:30. We never could figure out how to get the channels on the tvs so we never watched TV at all during our stay. Way too many negatives that shouldn't have been. We'll be looking elsewhere for our accommodations in the future.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Thunderstorms were predicted for the next day. However, office person said pool closed due to weather. We had traveled several days and this was our first chance to get a place to swim by 7pm. All hotels around us had lots of people swimmimg in their pools until 10 pm. Very frustrating. Office person seemed like a back up person as she could not get access to housekeeping room to refill our wall mount shampoo. She spent time outside smoking and chatting with a guy. Just not impressed with the service.

Hotel “ran out” of towels and offered no solution or timeline of when they might have some clean. The front desk acted like they didn’t care. Also, when we asked for another roll of toilet paper, we were told they didn’t have any of that either. But did get a roll from another bathroom.
