This hotel is absolutely terrible, and the saddest part is that it's in such a great location. Completely unprofessional. The rooms are full of cockroaches and ants, and the carpets is very dirty. The pool was green and close. They reopened and still looked terrible. Plumbing issues and rooms smelled like sewage. They simply sprayed air freshener on the carpet and acted as if the problem was solved. Marijuana smell throughout the entire second floor and rooms. This was especially concerning because my son has asthma. The receptionist called the manager, he basically told us to use air freshener and a fan. They refused to refund our money so we could stay somewhere else because they couldn't smell anything.Miraculously, the smell disappeared for three days.On the fourth day, it came back. The employees came upstairs and claimed she couldn't smell anything either. How is that even possible? She even said that marijuana is legal in some situations.Of course I know that, but that doesn't mean it's acceptable for a child to be exposed to marijuana odor. They're also not enforcing their own policies. The hotel has signs everywhere warning that guests will be fined for smoking, yet they clearly allow it.Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.Run from this place!

Room was a little small for my wife and myself. The free breakfast was great anything from cereal to waffles to eggs to sausage gravy and biscuits. Plenty to choose from to drink also
-
Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Location was very convenient. Staff was very helpful. I had to leave early due to emergency at home. The staff asked his manager to partially refund me. I wasn't expect that. I'm very appreciated it.

The hotel was good for the price, I would stay again. Only issues I had was the dirty pool and how the staff dressed, need to dress better to be dealing with the public

I arrived and my wife instantly started having an allergic reaction. We found black mold in our room’s AC unit. They moved us twice and had the same problem. Owner refused refund and we had to find somewhere else to stay. Everywhere other than the lobby smells of mold, even the hallways for the rooms. Will never be back to this brand of hotel, much less this one. If I could give negative stars I would. The front desk attendant did all she could but her hands were tied by the owner.

We stayed here for 7 nights. We never once had our room cleaned. Had to ask for new towels. Had to change our own garbage. The top it off the pool was drained the 3rd night and unusable for the remainder of our stay. It was 100 degrees outside. The staff was though nice and breakfast was good but they needed to have it stocked more. Oh and the hallway smelled like weed on a non smoking hotel!!

Pool was closed half the time we were there. We were told by front desk staff housekeeping would come every 3rd night, we never had them come in 7 nights there. We had to take all our trash out, go down and get fresh towels multiple times. I killed probably 20 spiders and roly poly bugs in our room.

Overall a great stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly. The pool was very dirty and I only put my feet in.

Rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was great and had options. Would definitely recommend based on the experience with the staff alone!

The pool and hot tub needed better maintenance
-
Staff were nice. No hot water in the shower and there was existing damage to the rooms. Hot tub didn’t work and the pool was very dirty. Property is in need of major repairs. We found towels with stains in our room. The only positive was the bed was comfortable and had clean sheets

The location is pretty good and the free breakfast was good. Can't go wrong with those motel waffle makers. The pool area was decapitated, dirty, and the hot tub was empty and not working at all. There was a very loud barking dog in one the room very close to mine. You could here it barking and scratching every time anyone walked down the hall. I didn't sleep very well on the extremely uncomfortable mattress either. The TV remote didn't work and the wifi was very slow. Over all, it was not the best stay I've ever had. I probably will never book another stay at this location.

The bed was very comfortable and every night was a GREAT sleep. Blackout curtains and even little suggestions for a comfortable sleep were found on the property. Breakfast was much more than expected with plenty of protein - eggs, sausage, yogurt - and even the things we splurge on while traveling - bagels, muffins, waffles, even chocolate milk! My husband loved the parking spaces for Veterans. Made him feel special. All in all, this was a very affordable stay that went above our expectations. My only recommendations: need countertop chairs for high tops in the breakfast area or lower tables for booth seating; and more secure ironing boards. Not all rooms had irons - either they were stolen or toppled off the wobbly ironing board like mine did and broke. We were grateful when the manager found an iron for us! But when we used it on the board, we saw first-hand what might have happened to cause scarcity of irons. The staff here were amazing - capable, honest, and personable!
