Landmark Inn On The River

It was clean and quiet. Will visit and use again

The room smelled horrible. Very musty smell coming from cooling vent. No hair dryer but the office was nice and borrowed me one. Lighting is bad so it may be hard to put your makeup on if you don’t see well. Older motel but for the price you can’t expect the ritz Carlton either .

They could have microwaves in the room for the guests

Very outdated. Outdated is an understatement. The only thing going for it is the location. Staff was friendly

The blankets doesn't have sheet

They will not do anything about loud music

The rear balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Two plastic chairs were available, one broken. A random lamp globe was abandoned on the balcony. The tiny glass table was not cleaned. The staff smiled a lot, but after our purse was snatched, in the 3 minutes between exiting the room and arriving at the car, and returning back to the room in our anxious search, the manager questioned our intent to call the police and report the incident instead of questioning the staff and calling the police on our behalf. It was too slick, and too fast. The manager was unconcerned about the violation of the guests, if not complicit, in the incident. The lost cell phone, fully charged, was offline within minutes so there was no chance of tracking the stolen purse. The Sevierville police responded quickly and were very thoughtful and professional.

Nice stay . Everything was as expected. Sheets were too small for the bed . Had to clean hot tub . Everything else was nice ! Best seafood restaurants in Gatlinburg is conveniently across the street ,

Ceiling leaking, patio light would not work, back door lock got stuck, joing room door would not lock. Parking was so close. Very outdated

I took the hotel key to the front desk clerk and informed her of the bugs, her response "Okay, I’ll tell the manager when she gets here.” She did not seem concerned or even surprised about the bed bugs. There has been no contact from the hotel manager. And yes, I did leave my number for contact. This is the third hotel (out of three…) in Pigeon Forge that we have had poor experiences with.

staff pleasant upon checking in motorcycles and cars revving their engines in the parking lot, hung the do not disturb sign on door staff still came in room, the dresser drawer would not stay closed

Clean The headboard fell. They did move us rooms, and tried to fix the situation between that and the uncomfortable beds. We cut our visit short

Great place for the price! Was concerned about noise because of the road but room was nice and quiet! Heard nothing. View out back was very nice. Room was clean, hot water in the shower! Staff was great! Very pleasant

While room dated and a little worn down they were clean and bed was good. A very good deal

Was an older room with a beautiful view. Didn’t have a clock or hair dryer even. We stayed two nights. The view kept me happy. It’s just an older place. It is pretty comfortable and very clean though.
