Bathroom was disgusting. Bed frames had food and dust on the edges.

Inside room was very clean. Booked a king room but received a double queen. Was not advised until I entered room. Returned to front desk to be told 'No, you booked a queen'..when I said, 'no, I booked a king', she looked in computer and said "oh, I missed the note stating the king room had an issue so you got moved to double queen.' Of course, had to live with it

Location was good. It says it’s on a river. It was more like a pond. The bathroom was really small and no hair dryer.

Easy and cheap Ac was not working well

Location was great and that about it. Found a dirt wash rag hanging over the shower , it took 30 mins to get someone to the front desk to check in , when he showed up looked like he had been asleep and it was 3 pm . Was told that if you wanted clean towels you had to bring them to the front desk to get new ones . When we exchanged towels we were told they didn't have wash rags to exchange. It could be a great place just the person running it doesn't need to be . There was no coffee maker in the room so we could relax in the morning on the back patio and drink coffee by the river . Shower was hard to turn on and off . When you flush the toilet it smell so bad .

The SHRUBS BLOCKED ME A LITTLE WHEN PULLING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY .

Only issues were....NO dresser(s).....NO rugs at all, bathroom did not even have a bath mat for after showers!!! Had to go out and purchase one....come on no one wants to step out of a warm shower on to cold cold floor!! However, we loved the ducks outside, the deck and the little stream.....simply beautiful. Very convenient to Bristol, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, little bit of a drive to Bristol, but so worth it to come back to our familiar pillows, belongings and comfort. Also kudos to being 'out of the middle of the masses' yet within 'nice sweet drive to everything'. Staff was always accommodating to any of our requests. Which was very refreshing. Will definitely return if in the area again. BTW.....I forgot and drove off without my NEW rug.....mail it to Arkansas maybe??

I loved the staff he was so helpful. I traveled 7 hours he made it so easy to check in when I was so tired. He was excellent. The river on the balcony with nature was gorgeous. Breathtaking. The room was cold and the floor was wet from condensation. And the water pressure was very low. But everything was great there. I will stay again.
