Room was clean and convenient set up with the two beds separated by a partial wall. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. They definitely need to replace the beds. Waterpark was very clean and lots of fun for the whole family although I would suggest keeping it open later since this is the main reason people go here. They should keep the outside open later than 7. I would suggest 8pm for the outside and the inside open until 11. Then they could keep the arcade open until 12.

Staff is not helpful. They tend to stand around and talk to each other while guests stand in line waiting. Staff was not well trained. Do not take the the Wyndham tour. We spent 1:45 minutes for my daughter to look at the point packages they had to offer. I booked the reservation and because I’m a senior they wouldn’t even book it under my name so my daughter had to go with me. My daughter and I spent an hour and 45 minutes there we got to the last in one of the kids at the pool called and she had to leave. They wouldn’t even show me the room upstairs at the Wilderness because my daughter left. I called management and they discriminate against seniors and if you are not very careful, you can waste about your time. My daughter was genuinely interested in that point system as was I the only way I could actually learn more about the system was by including my daughter. At the end, she was supposed to have gotten some perks they never gave them to us. Management was horrible so don’t waste your time. It’s nothing but a scam.

Front desk check in staff was polite and helpful. Staff at the breakfast buffet were pleasant.

We decided to try the outdoor water pool of main hotel, but sadly the chlorine was still strong. We spent the majority in their arcade and at the Island. It is unfortunate that the outdoor big water park was not included w hotel stay. Maybe chlorine level would have been better there, though I doubt it. Pros -If you can handle strong chlorine, it is a great water park hotel. -Very close to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg w tons of entertainment. -their gift shop was decent Con -Room suite was a bit cramped and nothing to brag about. -Hallway deco makes you feel like your inside the Shinning movie and a never ending maze -too high of chlorine, probably needs testing for safety levels -food is mediocre and expensive. - arcade and other activities are in serious need of maintenance.

This was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in and all the amenities are great and the staff was very helpful

Clean and cozy room, with everything needed. Friendly staff, attractions for all ages—I recommend it.

We stayed on the first floor. We had an amazing trip! The only downfall is all the ice makers in the building are out of order. When my husband asked the front desk, they told him to go buy a bag for around $5. He went back and they told him to get it at the deli. Otherwise, excellent trip.

When it was free to go to soaky mountain, the wilderness was totally worth it. Now, they only give a discounted price. So, just stay anywhere and drive to soaky instead of paying the extra price at the wilderness!

The room was clean, life guards were very attentive, good variety of water slides, but the arcade and food were very expensive.

Loved the water parks. The room was good. The coffe pit didn't work and door handle was falling off the bathroom door

Perfect for families with kids.
