You will need to purchase the Waterpark passes. We paid a fee under $100 for both of us as long as we were there on our visit. You received a wrist band that gets you into your room and Waterparks. also in most places you could use it to buy food and things on the property. Very useful being most of the time your in your bathing suits with flip flops. They have Free buss transportation to take you all of the locations. We purchased the Wilderness version and never were bored. Kept us busy for 3 days and had a fantastic time. The Staff was incredible and wonderful to talk to. They picked them well and they all seemed to work together well. Food was good and served fast everywhere on the resort. We would go again in a heartbeat. Room was clean and water pressure everywhere was great. Is I had kids they would have loved it also. We enjoyed watching the families have such a good time. we do not drink but there was plenty of chances if we wanted to. Paco the tender up on the 3rd floor next to the clear pool, (see thru pool) was incredible. The younger workers there were from all over the world and were all very professional and spoke very good English. The conversations were uplifting and fun with these young folks. I got the chance to practice my Hungarian. I'm American but learned the language in my younger years. Absolutely pleased that we made the choice on going.

Stone Hill had a small pool only open on weekends unfortunately. We didn’t get a chance to go to it. The rooftop pool was nice but really small. All staff we encountered was nice.

Which I understand even though it bothered me, paying the extra money for a balcony view and getting stuck behind a tree. So I brought it up to a supervisor which results it in two of the smallest passes for my children to play games at the arcade, which was about thirty dollars.. this outcome took quite a bit of complaining before they even offered anything in compensation of being booked outside of the hotel. And in a room that could not use the balcony. I've stayed at this resort multiple times and every time in the past have stayed in the main hotel and not had these issues. However, using a booking site makes you a second rate guest at their hotel. I had purchased two vacations from wyndham at the hotel Prior to booking with a booking site, however, after being told my booking was set, I was then told. After that, that I could not use my vacation for ninety days. And had to be refunded, was the only reason I use a booking site.. Other than that, my kids had a blast. And that's all it really matters to

There is an indoor and outdoor waterparks. There isn't just a pool outside at the River Lodge, so all of the children were swimming in the lazy river The lazy river was nice and long, occasional waves. Music was a bit loud as a personal preference There were a lot of food locations on site but all of them had minimal menu options. The arcade was fun but quite a few of the machines were non operational each day. We had 2,4, and 6 credits left on each individual card and they wouldn't combine them to one card, advised that we purchase additional credits and use them appropriately to be able to use all of our available credits. Overall, the experience was good as a first time visitor.

Great place for families
-
Clean room. Great staff. Clean pools.

DO not stay here. First we couldn't find a cart that didn't have flat tires to bring our luggage in. LONNNGGG wait to even get check in. Large rolling garbage containers everywhere because of leaking in roof. It smells and is dirty. Our water was shut off for 17 hours....The only positive is that this place has a waterpark.

We checked in at reservatio. Desk..got our room..the room was in the building across the street had to drive to top of ramp to park..the. go into lobby..we had to walk a very long way to just get to elevator..then off the elevator had to walk a very far way to our room..which was a handicap room..not needdd..once in room it was VERY VERY HUMID I SIDE..floor was wet..bedding was damp...our beds were almost on the floor they were so low..only good part of stay was the shuttle to water park number 1...BUT..you had to PAY for water park 2..not what ad says...not a very good experience for the amount of money we had to pay
