I do like staying at this place. It has plenty of room with tons of amenities. The bar is great, The bartenders are awesome and the rooms are comfortable. See you next time when I visit La Crosse.

Large room, pooll area, outside beach, bar, tables to sit The floors in our room felt very gritty upon entering and dirty otherwise everything was great
-
Clean, quiet good location The front desk receptionist hardly ever acknowledged us as we walked through.

The property as a whole was great! Plenty of parking, the rooms were clean and updated. The pool and hottub were well kept and clean as well! The outdoor tikibar is beautiful! Lots of room around thr bar. The property is right off the river and the views are wonderful! Plenty of seating along the river in well kept soft sand. The staff is polite, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this location!

Property, Continental Breakfast, Tiki Bar was all enjoyable. However after asking at the front desk, for garbage & fresh towels, each morning when leaving for the day's activities. Told we will be added to the list. It never happened. In the evening upon return we had to put used towels and garbage in the hallway and then the front desk team would bring what was requested. Very frustrating.

Online it had jacuzzi in room. There was NO JACUZZI IN ROOM! The so called "Suite" i stayed in was smaller than a regular room.

Checked in, front desk Tiki Bar was open, went for a drink two bartenders, one wouldn’t acknowledge us the other younger girl was friendly, they wanted to close, one drink and out. Given a room that was near a fan that had a high pitched squeal, went back to front desk, was told they would fix it. Another man said it has been doing that for the last four days. New room, less value than the original but we were so tired we accepted it. Remote for tv was so bad to operate we had to call the front desk, the manager came to our room and fixed it. I want to add he was very nice. Would I stay there again, absolutely not!

Our room was very spacious and clean. Walk in shower was nice. Loud noise from pool exhaust fan - very annoying. Also did not have decaf coffee - for health reasons, my husband and I cannot have caffeine.

Location on river (reason selected) and proximity to Moxie's which had great bands both nights we stayed. We could see a lot of kids and parents enjoying the pools. Cheer team members (middle school) were happy, running around but well mannered. No elevators. dirty (blackened from wear and unvacuumed carpet), room was renovated but hallway ceiling tile was stained and collapsing over our door (room 230). AC appears too small for room as it ran all night and was very loud (new too?). Also, please ask hotel staff to send you photos of the landscaper's work. Really?? Left all the trimmed branches and leaves covering the river stone mulch. Looked sloppy and unfinished. Lastly, recommend not posting on the welcoming bill board that your hiring servers and maintenance. Who wants to stay at a place that announces that it is understaffed on its welcoming sign? There should be other means to fill staffing needs.

Didn't have. Paint splatters on floors. Floors were not clean. Poor internet service. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Poor tv service. Terribly loud band until 11pm. Have video of how loud band was at 1030 but your website doesn't allow for videos.

Room and hallways were clean. Staircase could use a vacuum cleaner.

They have been doing remodeling. Our door had an issue closing and locking. I did mention it at checkout. The drain in the shower was also not working properly. We have stayed here many times before and never had any issues. Hopefully things will get better. We love the bar right on the property. It is a fun place.

My shower was backed up. The bath floor wasn’t entirely clean. The bath door was hard to close. The beds were comfortable. They have a fun bar, Moxies. The pool/hot tub was sufficient.Breakfast was lame. Microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Blah…

Staff were prompt with requests, we love the location Towels. They smelled funny and should be replaced

No drawers, I want to unpack not live out of my suitcase. No chair for hubby to sit and read.

The room was clean, but a couple of things could have been improved. the pillows were hard and the bath towels were not the greatest. The towels were kind of gray and not soft. I would have replaced those towels if they were in my home
