It was very clean, free breakfast and staff were all very nice! Good value!!! Ice machine on the second floor needs to be cleaned.

Everything about the hotel was good, except the condition of the hot tub. We like to use the hot tubs at hotels, and the one here was nice and large, but there was dirt in the corners and the side walls did not look clean. My husband got in and enjoyed it, but I just sat on the edge and put my feet in. Other than that I was happy with the hotel. I don't eat carbs in the morning, so I don't go to the breakfast rooms in hotels. My husband does though and he seemed satisfied with the offerings.

Well, I got what I paid for. Breakfast was not the best. It was strange that I did not receive complementary bottle water. It felt that I was in a motel rather than a hotel. It seems that a c one of the employees lives in one of the rooms. I could smell the curie from outside the hall. At one point the lady came out of the room and she was wearing a uniform.

Stayed there for a quick overnight travelling thru LaCrosse. Front desk guy was very nice and super helpful. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Quick stay but would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was near by everything, definitely worth the money for a nice weekend in Lacrosse.

Great location. Decent and well stocked continental breakfast. Quiet room and comfortable bed. Clean and tidy establishment.

The property was very nice and the employees were all very friendly and polite. The only suggestion for improvements would be in bathroom area. There were no grab bars in or around the tub area. The shower is located in a tub combination which requires stepping over the edge of the tub. Without grab bars entering the shower is more difficult than if it was a walk in shower. Grab bars would improve the safety immensely when entering the shower/tub area.
