Cleaning lady was nice. Cleaned a room and found me a clean washcloth..yes there were no clean linens or washcloths in the whole hotel Room had mold on curtains..first room thy put me in had blood on bedspread and body matter on toilet..second room i found a phone on the bed...no they didn't clean room..sink had black substance and there was mold /mildew on wall windows and curtains...I heard the cleaning lady argue that there were no cleaning supplies..she bought fabuloso..this place shouldn't be online..manager told me they don't give refunds.so i stayed..this place should be removed from this site..if you stay here you will be sharing DNA from past guests.

Price was great, location was close to the family Beach. Keurig in the room, but no pods. Laundry machines available, but nowhere to buy soap. It was a nice spacious room at a great price.

My daughter has a service the dog weighs 5lbs. I called ahead to see if we could still check in and use reservation. I was told yes so we drive 12 hours to hotel to be met with a hateful attendant who said we could not stay i explained about dog she said she knew but we couldn't stay there. I asked why they didn't call me during my 12 hour drive. She just said no you can't stay here. I am in stage 4 renal failure and on dialysis and needed treatment that night. My daughter was upset because she thought it was her fault and I told my daughter it wasn't because they knew we were coming saw us in parking lot and still had hateful attitudes rude behavior and discriminated against the disabled. Never never stay at this horrible place. Everything was bad hateful attitudes and discrimination against the disabled

Sam and his team are doing an excellent job of making this property. One of the top in the Baytown Laporte region.

My reservation was canceled. They tried to put me in another room but it was extremely hot. Also I was told they have a hard time with house keeping

Ample parking and quiet location.

I booked a room for 3 nights to plan for my dad’s funeral and night 1 I was bitten by bed bugs and have pics and videos. I told the staff and they act like they didn’t have any other available rooms and would have housekeeping change out bedding and deep clean. I came back to my room that evening and housekeeping did not change bedding, just made up the bed!!! I told the front desk and they moved me to a new room where the air didn’t work! I came in town under stress and became more stressed due to poor conditions. I was not given any assistance as far as refunding or discount for the nights I paid for so I had to stick it out for one more day and came home a day early. Very disappointed!!

You get what you pay for The whole second floor smelled of marijuana. The bathtub didn’t drain properly so it ended up pooling up. there was a roach in bathroom elevators didn’t work and AC on main forest didn’t work only in the rooms. Did they work?

I didnt like being on the 3rd floor and the elevators not working at all, making us drag suitcases up and down flights of stairs to drop off. There was ice only on the 4th floor nowhere else. Couldnt get linen for almost a whole day. Linens were stained and some dirty. Our Room was not clean as we found all sorts of items from the previous stayers.
