Love the location and price for a quick day trip! Close to the beach and Cafe Cuban, we’ll definitely be back. Also we’re able to check in earlier (: appreciate the kindness of staff and being accommodating The room smelled humid or muggy with a mix of cleaning supplies. It went a way after turning on the AC high and being in / out of the room

Disappointed in these location didn’t even have the courtesy to call me or have a conversation about any type of situation Did not let me stay first they lied that they didn’t have rooms when they did, then they gave me another excuse that they didn’t want me there because my dogs (small dogs) made a mess that’s not true because I have pictures, when I didn’t even make a big fuzz about how my dogs got flees for not cleaning there rooms, all the bedding had flees when I stayed with them the previous time I came, and even tho that happen I still booked with them again and I didn’t even call the health department on them because what if I could have gotten sick……very disappointed on these trip

Peaceful night rest Out dated , pillows had no fluff.. not enough light.. and mold in the A/C unit

When my associate went to check out the card was not on file and I had to call back into the property to pay and check her out.

I always wonder about the cleanliness of the bedsheets, but Candlewood surprised me. My sheets were white and clean! There were no stains and no unwanted lint or hair. the front office staff and housecleaners were welcoming and friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in La Porte.

Room had multiple Sheetrock repairs that weren’t complete. Small holes throughout walls, ceiling. No smart TV, stuck with DISH network. People yelling and slamming doors all night in the hallway. DO NOT SATY HERE!
