The lady at the desk was helpful and nice when checking in. The place smelled like a skunk, not clean, very uncomfortable environment, paper in the peep hole, hand prints on headboard that wasn’t there when we first checked in, room was hot.

Nothing really. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. The room was dirty. Hotel isn’t kept up like it looks on photos. The extra lock inside the room was broken. Shower curtain was short. Toilet didn’t flush right.

Leaving This place is a nightmare absolutely no security door don’t lock signs on the door telling you they are spraying for bugs smell is horrendous guy at the counter disrespectful screaming at me because I said I can’t stay here with my daughter the door don’t lock called me all kinds of disgusting name so I waited until I got my refund and let him have a piece of my mind. The pictures online are a completely different hotel there’s no way it’s the same thing I will calling the bbb and the city to report this monstrosity

Parking No towels, no ice bucket, no breakfast, dirty bathroom, over priced

There was a lot of construction The website said it had breakfast but when I got to the property they said there was no breakfast due to the construction of the property

Nothing Toilet was clogged. When I arrived manager was in the parking lot smoking when random guy and left me waiting for 30 minutes

Location in respect to my work Access is on a one-way street or road

Cold AC Dirty, stinks, paid for a jacuzzi room and the hot water and faucet in the jacuzzi didn’t work.

I was in a b hurry so I left early. Im a local and had a plumbing issue last minute Everything was fine

The best thing about this hotel was walking out. I stayed one night and still had to pay bb for two despite them booking the wrong room Honestly I didn’t expect a lot from this hotel because it was cheap but I did expect to get the room I booked. The staff was extremely rude especially the manager.

They never had breakfast the week we stayed They cleaned only 1 times in the whole week the owner is rude go anywhere but here straight trash!!!!!!

Nothing. The look of the room, no towels were in the room. The room had a kitchenet but no cups or coffee pot etc. There was no soap supplied basically you had to have everything.

Nothing Room was full of roaches that scattered when the lights came on. It was late so I decided to tuff it out and slept fully clothed with the lights on. Was hard to fall asleep and stay asleep so I woke up with little rest and miserable

The price was affordable The light skin heavy set lady that works in the office was extremely rude. She actually cursed at me for being 15 mins late after check out. She had one of the maids pack all of my stuff. I was appalled.. I PERSONALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THE FAIRWAY INN LAPORTE UNTIL SHE IS FIRED..... HORRIBLE SERVICE..
