The staff at Budget Inn are always kind and friendly with a smile. This is the only hotel that I reserve when coming to LA Puente! My expectations are always satisfied. I recommend this location because of the staff, the cleanliness, the location to major streets, the quality, the price, and because it's quiet and peaceful! I'm always satisfied at Budget Inn La Puente!

Experience was well, I checked into my room fast and paid there. Once I gotten there. Only issues I had was shower and bath water running same time when I was tryin to bathe my 4 your old, she was scared to bathe. And then The power shut all off around 9 am, so I just packed all mine and my kids stuff and left. The back up generator I assumed they had did not cut on and I don’t want my kids to experience and terrible experience while on our trip.

We had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location was great and very convenient; with everything we needed nearby. We especially loved the spa—it was such a nice bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable! The host was friendly and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again. Honestly, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, the location was perfect, and we loved the spa. We wouldn’t change a thing!

Room were cleaned when we arrived. Air conditioner was working, had to warm up the room. It was cool in So Cal. No need for breakfast, we were at perfect location for all the food places. Thank You Budget Inn in La Puente CA.

Clean rooms & a very helpful & courteous management. Since it is on a main thoroughfare, it can be noisy on the weekend. Amenities are average but they are there if you want to spend on them. Free continental breakfast. Not sure how it was since I didn't use it.
