Covina Motel

Bed was hard, and only had a thin bed cover and sheet. Pillows where flat. Did not sleep well, and had to wirk the next morning.

Nothing Cleanliness, shower bath & the faucet is too low box I’m 5’10 in height I have to kneel to shampoo my hair

Nothing The front lady is rude and try treat you like nothing. They don't value customers They judgemental The are inconsiderate English not proper so they don't understand certain words and will make up there own story Made me cry and made threats towards me The rooms are so gross that the only thing is cleaned is the mirrors the floor was black like the street color. Once again Indian owners they can careless of customer and are sexual orientation against transgender.

Nothing They moved me from a non smoking clean room to dirty mold room with wasp nest. The Grossest rooms I have stayed in. With the most aggressive front office and harassing staff ever. I will report them to better business bureau.

They had roaches and shower were rusted and nasty Roaches and the lady was mean

Very peaceful classic roadside motel. Reminds me of traveling with my parents as a kid in the 1970's. Clean and simple. I wish I could stay longer. It is quiet and peaceful.

nothing smelled bad, poor cleaning service, horrible rude customer service.

It was quiet. No kleenex, no coffee pot etc, no phone, no clock, not enough towels,washcloths for three people-would be charged for more if asked for. No instructions for tv or channel selections, toilet tipped to one side if a person leaned over, no carpet,just wood like flooring(cold). Price was a bit over the limit for the accommodations. We didn't get what we paid for, put it that way...it was booked on line. Try another motel....

Nicer staff

Staff was nice may seem mean at first but that's the natural way they are but the lady is actually very nice and there room was pretty nice compared to many other rooms The bathroom' window had a rip big enough for bugs to get in

It was one of the most filthiest motels I¿ve ever been in, The towels were dingy they were not white they were off-white Still looking like they were dirty, There were scratches some punch holes in the wall, The bed was very uncomfortable!
