Great breakfast with friendly staff. Pool felt great after long day

Easy check-in, clean room, good breakfast.

Property was clean. Staff wonderful. Beds not so great. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear the gas station next to the property all night. The gas station sounded like a drag race all night.

I had a really good four night stay at this hotel. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only hiccup I had was how loud the air conditioning unit was, but with my sound machine, I was able to drown out the noise. The staff was extremely helpful with checking me in and locating a luggage cart for me to use. I would definitely recommend this location.

Unfortunately, the first room I was placed in had no hot water so I was relocated to another. The second room had pubes in the tub but the front clerk had stated that was her last room available so I really had no other option with it being near 10pm at night & I was tired. Needless to say, I checked out immediately the next morning.

I was greeted by friendly staff when I arrived. Check in was easy. Hotel smelled and looked clean. Clean room and note left by housekeeping. Room and beds were comfortable. I left for evening and to get back into the hotel you had to scan your key card, i really liked that and felt more safe. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Check out was easy! The toiletries were really limited. Only one bottle of shampoo and the makeup wipe smelled off.

There was a weird smell in the room, some air fresheners would have been nice. The pillows were not good, too soft and squished down to almost nothing. The air conditioner and the refrigerator carried on a back and forth conversation all night long. The breakfast was okay. The waffles and the biscuits were the best. Coffee could have been better. The facility was clean though and the staff was friendly and helpful! 😁

Staff was super friendly and informative! Cleanliness! Everything was great.

Nothing Nothing

Stayed in the jacuzzi king room. The room pictured on our stay was the Jacuzzi King suite. Which we did not have that room included a couch and extra seating our room included a bed the Jacuzzi and a bathroom. The only chair we had was in the desk area. When asked if we could bring one single chair from the eating area or lobby to the room we were told that was not possible. There are also zero handles to help a handicap person get out of the Jacuzzi, which was an adventure all by itself all in all the hotel was fine. The only other complaint we have was the mattress in the room was awful based on these facts. I’ll never stay there again no matter how nice the location is.

The front desk lady was talking to her manager. When she got off the phone she said there nothing they could do and that it would cool down eventually. All I said to her was that the room should feel like the lobby. I went back to my room and loaded the stuff back on the cart and setup another room closer to my next destination and left. Also there was no USB ports in the room which is something I can handle but you should know too. This hotel needs a remodel but that didn’t bother me. No A/C working in SC in July is a dealbreaker. The other hotel was nice and cool a few minutes after walking into the room. I didn’t ask for a refund and I doubt they would have given me one. I had been on the road most of the day and I just wanted to rest. I don’t have time in my life to get angry or fight over $130 I wouldn’t have ever gotten back. So now you know, book at your own risk.

The pool was the perfect thing for my family, it was outside but completely covered. Staff was really nice and the breakfast was all you needed.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have been in recently. Absolutely smoke free experience and staff was attentive and friendly. A good value.

Wow she is phenomenal. I just had to share that experience. Front desk staff extremely kind and friendly. It was a good stay. I will return here again when I come back in August.

Room HVAc worked but made noise.

The breakfast lady was RUDE!!! I only ate breakfast the first morning I was there… other times I went out to grab something. Her slick comments and rude attitude made me dislike my stay.

Clean the staff was great the breakfast was great highly recommend I enjoyed

The hotel was decent the staff was nice I have one issue it was the shower in the bathroom I had a hard time turning the water off to stop it from running and the bed was not comfortable at all but other than that we enjoy I Stay
