Zfront desk were awful and unprofessional.

Very clean and staff is nice Not close to restaurant s except McDonald’s and Waffle House

While chasing a cricket to get it out of the room, discovered many dead bugs behind the bed.

I didn't care for the location.. was busy and noisy

We love it here. It was very clean. Breakfast was just waffles and coffee/juice but just fine for free. Rooms super clean and the owner is great, very flexible. Kids loved the pool. You could tell they care about this hotel Everything in Helen is older so the walking areas between the rooms outside aren't the newest but it's to be expected. Love to see a tray of scrambled eggs and some breakfast meat served. We'd definitely stay here Everytime

During check in the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. Once I got to my room it was very clean and tidy. My stay was 2 nights. The second day I was out of the room all day but it was nice to come back to my room that night to a made bed and fresh towels and wash clothes as well as trash being taken out. Overall eating of 5 stars on everything. Would recommend as well as stay again if I’m back in that area.

tv doesn’t work to get channels and could not get on internet

Please the pillows and blankets has a rare smell when I arrived, also the chair’s fabric was dirty

Not enough parking had to park around back.

Breakfast is not that good for the daily cost of hotel.

Location and pool was clean The people smoking pot in parking lot. No coffee maker in room

Non smoking room had cigarette burns on furnishings and smelled of smoke.

I had no complaints or any dislikes

Older hotel, but clean. Sits next to a McDonald’s that has a lot of late night customers with blaring music-kept me awake.

Everything was ok but the breakfast could have been better

The beds, while comfortable, sounded like drums on the particular frames the mattresses were on. Strange!
