Home2 Suites by Hilton North Charleston-University Blvd

Exceptional

Yes, I hated how close it was to the freeway. We could hardly sleep from the constant noise of cars and motorcycles. When I booked i didn't realize how close it was on the freeway. Also, breakfast was supposed to start at 7 am, but the cook didn't show up

Breakfast was okay, that's expected Gym was a little small, but had the essentials

Clean and well stocked room. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bad

No

Breakfast was good with lots of options. Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Very clean, very kind staff, very nice room! The room was obviously stained, small spots in carpet and on top blanket, but I didn’t mind because it still felt and looked clean. We loved the breakfast selection. The elevators moved smoothly and seemed well kept up. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and nice!

Very good

Great room, everything you need

Great hotel friendly staff

Nice facility just off the interstate.

Exceptional

Room smelled like Pot so changed rooms. Still had an odor of pot in AC but not as bad

Rooms are older and smelly. It is a pet friendly hotel so that could explain that, however the rest of the room had old bedding and shower/bathroom left much to be desired. Not going back here

Very comfortable rooms

Good

Great property, very clean. The only bad thing was that it is close to the interstate and you could all traffic all through out the night.

Very good

We stayed at this hotel as a last minute decision, and we were very surprised with how nice everything was. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bedding was a little odd. It looked like a mattress pad cover was used as a sheet or something like that. But the sheets and blankets under the coverlet had holes and looked worn. For a newer hotel, that was surprising to see. On the other side, I didn't know that our room came with a fairly full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher with cleaning pods and that was a pleasant surprise. My family thoroughly enjoyed breakfast in the morning, especially the make-your-own breakfast sandwich station. Unfortunately, I didn't see any gluten-free or allergy-friendly options though. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
